What a find this was!
Tucked away on the small road that leads to the railway station we had no idea what expect but boy - iit turned out to be a gem!
Ceri and John were perfect hosts.
The Lodge is even better than the photos but mind your head on the sloping ceiling in the bedrooms if you're tall!
It's a lovely size, well equipped and toasty warm.
The welcome tray was a nice touch and much appreciated and we loved the Christmas decorations.
Although the lodge is right next door to the railway club and train track the double glazing kept out any noise and we enjoyed the odd occasion when we saw the train go past.
