Apartment 100 in Villa Baissero, 40m from the beach

The apartments are located in Villa Baissero just 40 meters from the beach and the sea, and have a large balcony with a beautiful sea view. Everything is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, wirelless-Internet, satellite TV, safe. All our guests can use the grill in the backyard where they can taste traditional drinks. Parking for cars and bicycles is also reserved for all our guests.
In front of the Villa there is a beautiful seafront area flanked by a fresh pine forest. A quiet place where you can relax, swim, walk, ride a bike, play tennis and other sports. The beach below is an echo beach. There are 4 tennis courts, beach volleyball and a sports field in front of the house (in front of the villa)
For the little ones there is a playground near which there are 2 beach-bars, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants in a pedestrian area.
Nearby are two new amusement parks, 2 km away is the amusement park 'Istralandia', with numerous attractions for children and adults; while at 15 km, in Poreč, the Aquacolors water park is located.
A little more than a 5 minute pleasant walk will take you to the center of Novigrad-Novigrad, one of the most romantic places in Istria.

Überängstliche Vermieterin

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön die Wohnung war gepflegt sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Dazu war die Lage auch hervorragend. Was überhaupt nicht in Ordnung war, war die Tatsache, dass ich noch nicht mal meine Eltern, die auch hier waren zum Frühstück einladen durfte, da angeblich Kontrolleure unterwegs wären die die Anzahl der gemeldeten Personen pro Wohnung kontrollieren. MeineEltern waren ebenfalls in dem Ort gemeldet.

Es war ein Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Gefrierfach vom Kühlschrank in App 202 war nicht das beste. Es hat ein wenig gedauert bis die Kühlakkus gefroren waren :-). Von der location aus ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar und es fährt regelmäßig eine Bimmelbahn Richtung Zentrum u. zurück. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Villa Baissero buchen. Gruß aus Bayern

Super Unterkunft in toller Lage

Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir vom ersten Anblilck sehr beeindruckt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Appartement war in einem super Zustand. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sind jederzeit für ihre Gäste für Informationen bereit. Die Umgebung ist nicht überlaufen. Sehr famililenfreundlich. Zum Wasser sind es nur 2 Minuten, der Einkaufsmarkt 50 Meter, die Gaststätte nur 20 Meter entfernt. Was will man mehr. Wir können die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Familie Rößler
