Location couldn't be better for the Biennale. The apartment was clean, functioned perfectly, and the host Thomas was very communicative. We would definitely stay again the next time we come to Venice for the biennale.
The property was as shown in the listing. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable. Use of the washer was great but a bit tricky to figure out. The only issue we had was the number of flies that were buzzing around the exterior (lion) door. We didn’t notice any by any of the other neighboring doors. Also, one suggestion would be to have a light in the walkway from the outside gate/entry to the “lion” entrance. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Close to many restaurants and activities. Beautiful building and neighborhood. Clean and comfortable! One thing to be aware of is that in order to open the gate to the apartment, your phone needs to be connected to internet.
The apartment was extremely clean with a nice and powerful air conditioner. We had to pay 40
Euros extra in tourist tax and a 50 euro late check in fee but that was our fault for flying in so late. The apartment is perfect for max 2 people. Riccardo was extremely helpful to book us a taxi from the airport directly to the fondamenta outside the apartment.
Unfortunately there was a miscommunication with what to do with the rubbish, no detergent for the dish washer, and the shower door was a bit broken when we checked in and made worse from continual use, but otherwise we would stay again. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. Beware that’s if you plan on walking everywhere the flat is far from the western side from the city but perfectly situated to explore lido and both sites of the biennale.
