Villa with high potential

Very nice villa well furbished. Spacious with three bedrooms, three badrooms and two nice terraces. Quiet localisation. Unfortunately equipement is more than old and without real maintenance. Works were in progress at the swimmingpool. Dishmachine and microwave brake down during our stay. No hot water in the kitchen. Defective plumbing in the badrooms and water from the tub goes out in the badroom floor near the entrance. The only perfect tools are the fans and air conditionners in the bedrooms. A real disappointment. A car is absolutely necessary.
