• Sofa beds are intended for groups of more than 9 guests. If you wish to use them with a smaller group, please request it when booking.

• The property is located in a quiet residential area. Parties and events are not allowed, in order to respect the neighborhood.

• For security reasons, a valid ID may be requested upon arrival (standard procedure).

• One baby (under 2 years old) is welcome free of charge. If more than one baby is traveling, additional babies must be added as “children” in the reservation.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Late check-in fees:
• 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM : €30
• 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM : €50

🧹 Final cleaning is included. We kindly ask guests to leave the property in a reasonable condition (dishes done and trash disposed of).
