Garden & Terrace: The elegant gardens welcome you to a fabulous pool with a sunken bed area and a large swimming area. The terrace is equipped with sun beds, an outdoor seating area, a dining area with a table and six chairs, and a brick-built BBQ. Flower beds complement the terrace, adding to the villa's charm.

Poolside: Sliding patio doors from the dining area lead out to the terrace and poolside, providing spectacular sea views.

Ground Floor:
Kitchen & Dining: An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a lovely dining area (table and six chairs) offers spectacular sea views.
Lounge: The lounge area features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and sea.

First Floor:

Master Bedroom: An en-suite double-bedded room with a seating area inside (table and chairs) and a balcony with sun beds, a small table, and two chairs. The views from this top balcony are truly spectacular. The bathroom features a combination shower (rainforest and standard shower heads), toilet, and basin.

Air Conditioning: Available in all rooms except for the bathrooms.
Parking: On-road parking is available outside the villa.

Additional Information
You will be warmly greeted upon arrival at our office or the villa and handed the keys. Please note that photos of passports are required at check-in to comply with regulations and will be entered into the Turkish Government Portal.

Excursions: We also offer the convenience of arranging airport transfers to and from the villa. Additionally, we can assist with bookings for trips, beach clubs, and boat excursions—we recommend securing these in advance to ensure availability and a seamless experience during your stay.

Late Arrival Fee: £40 for arrivals after 8 pm, unless using our airport transfer service (to be paid in advance).

Distance to Kalkan Centre: 1 km to the centre (taxi rank), shops, restaurants, and beach clubs.
Distance to Kalkan Beach and Harbour: 1.6 km, offering numerous beach clubs, some with water sports, swimming pools, film nights, and yoga sessions.

Villa Vala does not have a sheltered/privacy screen, making it unsuitable for conservative families.
