New, newly renovated three-room apartment located in a convenient position just 200 m from the "Baradello 2000" ski facilities. Location San Pietro (Aprica). Equipped with parking, ski storage, ski boot and all conveniences. The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette and a newly installed kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, pots and pans. Room with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Double sofa bed and bathroom with large shower. At 50 m supermarket, bars and tobacco within 300 m shops, newsagent, pub, playground, ice cream parlor, cinema, miniclub, tennis, restaurants, etc.
