Apartment is completely furnished, spacious, with two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, bathroom and one separated toilet, large balcony. Distance from city of Trogir is 6 km, from Split is 17 km.

Our house is located 8 minute walking distance from the beach in a quiet part of the castle Stafilić. Beaches are gravel, sand and rocky, suitable for children, teens and adults, and extend for 2 km. The beach offers the opportunity for long walks along the coast to the city center as well as entertainment within the local cultural and entertaining summers.The town center is within 10min walking distance with shops, fish markets, banks, post office and restaurants. Kaštela are situated between historical and cultural centers: Split (Diocletian's palace - UNESCO site), Trogir (UNESCO site - city center) and Solin (Ancient Salona) with noumerous restaurants, museums and galleries.
Wider area provides different activities : rafting on Cetina river, day picnic in Krka water falls - national park, climbing in Omis, day trips to islands and all the way to Dubrovnik and Medjugorje.

I used to work as a painter. For a hobby, I like to decorate the interior in our home, which is a great pleasure to me. I'm retired now. I like to travel, to meet different cultures. My wife and I have travelled all over Europe. I like contacts with people, I'm communicative. I'm a good grandfather to my 11-year-old grandchild.

My wife and I worked hard and saved to build this house. A lot of our own work and love is invested in our home. We like our neighborhood because it is safe and quiet and we know the neighbors well.
