Front line golf 3 bedroomed apartment Rojales -Quesada

Recently modernised 3 bedroomed apartment overlooking La Marquesa golf course. One of the bedrooms is accessed via the roof terrace. Fully air conditioned with UK tv channels and others and free wifi. Ten minutes walk away local supermarket and lovely bars and restaurants. 15 minute drive to spanish sea front resort Guardamar. Five minute drive to Quesada, plenty of shops and bars and restaurants. Plenty of things to do mini pitch and put, aqua park and bowling alley in Quesada. In Torrevieja there is go carts and another aqua park. Plenty of varieties of restaurants, Chinese, Indian, English, Italian Spanish, Hungarian, Mexican, French, American Japanese, Brazilian. Lots of local markets to wile away an hour or two. Nice home from home designed for chilling out on balcony and roof terrace with stunning views of golfcourse and valley. Recently installed toldo and new outside sofa and chairs and coffee table. Designed for outside living and is essentially another room. complete with barbecue. If you feel energetic or need cooling down there is communal pool with childrens paddling pool. Kitchen has all amenities. Kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer. Every room has aircon and mosquito blinds. Bedroom upstairs also has kettle, fridge. Roof terrace with table, chairs, sunbeds. Also with en suite. All towels and bed linen provided.

Really pleased with the stay.

Had a great stay, some restrictions at the pool with regards children and the usage of floating devices.

Lovely villa with great views; excellent communication from the host and easy check in; love the area especially if you hire a car and can really explore. Second time of visiting as we loved this villa so much the first time. We love it so much we’d buy it if we could!!

Beautiful views and very relaxing

Stunning views of the golf course even if you don't like golf, the view from the sun terrace is great in every direction. Clean tidy property perfect position for us as we have friends in Rojales. Pool was superb. Perfect to cool off in. Communication with the owner was very easy and straightforward.

We had a brilliant time staying in this property. The air con was very welcoming and the outside space was also very good - it was nice to sit outside and watch some of the golfers teeing off. A very pleasant accommodation

We spent 18 days in this very pleasant accommodation, very well equipped (airco, dishes, towels, Dolce Gusto coffee machine etc). Remark: the third bedroom upstairs ( with bathroom) is reachable via an external staircase. The view on the golf La Marquesa is wonderful. Easy communication with the owners. Easy access thanks to an external key box. Nice Community pool at 250m where strict rules apply (no ball play, keep calm, no diving etc). We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property and great area

Lovely property with great views and well equipped. Excellent hosts who communicate well and make you feel welcome. Generally clean throughout although a bit dusty with red sand, especially in the top bedroom and bathroom. This was our 3rd visit in this villa and will be back again. Highly recommended. Recommend hiring a car to really appreciate the local areas.

Good walk to shops

Property was looking tired and needed a good clear out and decluttering. Half way up a very steep hill so not for the people who struggle to walk getting to the shops, restaurants and bars unless you drive.

Thank you for your honest review. I am sorry you felt that it was looking tired and needed decluttering. I was surprised by those comments. The downstairs bathroom is new and most of the furniture and furnishings fairly new. My husband is there now painting the outside of the apartment and the inside was only done last year. Regarding the decluttering I have to leave enough crockery and utensils for up to six people. Regarding the steep hill, it is hilly where it is, as is most of Quesada but people who choose the area would know that. We are always getting second bookings so not all bad. I would however like to thank you as our cleaner said you left the apartment in a very good condition.

We have stayed in a few villas around the area over the years and this apartment was lovely, the only let down was finding out the air con wasn’t working in two bedrooms which made sleeping unbearable in August. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay

Absolutely amazing property and amazing owners

We absolutely loved renting this property my older child absolutely loved the upstairs bedroom as she loves her privacy from her sisters so this was a god send Fantastic location for shops and things just a short work away from pubs , take away and short car ride to water park, go karts We will be definitely looking in to renting this again next year xx

The apartment is in a lovely location. Lovely views of hills and the golf course. Lots of people watching. Lovely restaurants and bars ten minutes walk away. Short drive away to Guardamar seaside resort and Quesada five minute drive away lots of shops bars and restaurants. We love it here
