L'Escalet - Villa with exceptional sea views

Our Provencal style stone house (210 m2) located in the Domaine de l'Escalet offers an exceptional 180 degree view of the sea, from Cape Camarat to Cape Taillat.

In a preserved natural setting, the Escalet is a secure domain 15 km from St-Tropez and 5 km from Ramatuelle which offers various sports activities: tennis, cycling, kayaking, sailing, diving, fishing, hiking, etc. Golf courses nearby. Supermarket 10 minutes by car.

The south-east facing property is located in a very quiet location at the southern end of the estate. It includes a swimming pool, a garden and a large car park for 4 to 5 cars on a plot of about 2,700 m2.

Within walking distance of the coves (100m), the beach of L'Escalet (300 m) and the Coastal Path giving access to several bathing spots including the beach of the Bastide Blanche.

From the pool, the covered terrace, the mezzanine and the four main bedrooms (air-conditioned), you enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.

Important works in 2019: Fully renovated kitchen, new bathrooms, heating, air conditioning in four bedrooms and new living room furniture.

excellent sejour avec une vue incroyable !

nous avons passé en famille une magnifique semaine . la situation de la villa est vraiment idéal. La vue est incroyable du Cap Tayat au Cap Camarat. nous louerons depuis de nombreuses années à L’escalet, et la vue est vraiment magnifique. La maison est propre et bien entretenue . Le quartier est extrêmement calme, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas à L’escalet. Le mobilier est un peu vintage, mais charmant. Il y a de nombreuses criques accessibles à pied, juste en dessous de la maison. la piscine est très agréable également, avec d’un côté la vue sur la mer et de l’autre côté là vue sur le maquis de la colline! Je recommande vivement cette hébergement.

De vraies vacances !

Un endroit idyllique, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. La maison est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Merci à Catherine, la propriétaire, de nous avoir donné la chance de passer une semaine dans sa maison. Le contact, l’accueil, tout était très agréable.

Maison vue imprenable bordure mer.

Location idéale pour des vacances en famille. Maison confortable, bien équipée au top de la colline très tranquille . Une grande terrasse avec fauteuils et table pour déjeuner avec une vue mer à couper le souffle . La plage est en contrebas et possibilité de randonnée Escalet Cap Taillat. Odile M
