19th century country house
3 double bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen and terrace with views overlooking the green Lombricese valley. Large lawn with deckchairs and hammocks among the olive trees.
Leave the car in the parking lot on the road, after 5 minutes on foot in the path you arrive at Borgo Morotti, a small village of a few houses; you will be immersed in nature away from cars and city noises but a 20-minute drive from the beaches.
With a 20 minute walk you can get to the Candalla stream which offers spectacular natural pools of fresh and crystal clear water. The stream has carved out internationally famous climbing walls.
Near the parking lot the excellent typical Tuscan restaurant Il Chiosco nel Bosco awaits you when you don't feel like cooking.
In Casoli di Camaiore you will find a grocery store and a bar with a beautiful panoramic terrace (great sandwiches!).

Perfect for those who love peace and walks in the mountains and near the sea of Viareggio, the 5 Terre, cities of art such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Pietrasanta. A few km away there are also the famous Carrara marble quarries with the delightful village of Colonnata, known for its lard.

Toskana 2020

Ein charmantes, altes, aber schön hergerichtes Haus, mit viel Liebe gestaltet und dekoriert. Es ist alles da, vom Spülmittel bis zum Klopapier, selbst Nudeln, Gewürze, Mehl, ... Die Zimmer und Betten waren schön. Wenn man sehr groß ist, muss man an manchen Durchgängen den Kopf einziehen, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Der Garten und die Sitzbereiche waren super, Romantik und Entspannung pur. Der Fußweg von 3 Minuten ist gut zu bewältigen und man wird mit der Ruhe ohne Straße dafür belohnt. Die Vermieter stehen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und schicken einem sogar Lagepläne der Naturpools, oder Speisekarten vom nahegelegenen, empehlenswerten Restaurant. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, uns verschlägt es bestimmt wieder einmal hierher.

Very nice, lovely and perfectly equipped house in the hills

Its a wonderful house in the hills of Casoli, the owners rebuild and restored this house in the traditional Tuscany style in every nice detail, we really enjoyed this house with the nice garden of herbs and olive trees. We enjoyed the silence and the nature. Close to the house are nice waterfalls with small pools, the kids like it! If you like the traditional and historic style of this country house, this is the perfect home for the holidays! We had a perfect communication with the owners, right from the booking till the departure, everything perfect organized and communicated. Thanks a lot for this wonderful holidays! Wir haben diesen Urlaub in diesem traditionellen toskanischen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll im ursprünglichen natürlichen toskanischen Stil restauriert und eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt hoch oben am Berg von Casoli, die absolute Erholungsoase. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und sind von dem Haus sehr begeistert! Die Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen, wir hatten eine perfekte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise, alles perfekt.

Casa poco sicura difficile da raggiungere

Per raggiungere la casa bisogna fare un sentiero nel bosco molto scomodo in discesa e il piccolissimo giardino non è delimitato da un recinto che possa evitare la caduta nel terreno sottostante. I bambini non hanno potuto usare la palla per giocare. Assolutamente sconsigliato ai bambini piccoli e alle persone di una certa età. Le camere da letto al piano superiore sono caldissime. Le scale interne sono ripide. Mancano le persiane alle finestre e le porte di ingresso alla casa non si riescono a chiudere a chiave facilmente.
