It has four bedrooms: one ground floor double with an en-suite bathroom and WC, one ground floor double, one ground floor twin and one first floor double. There is a ground floor wet room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area. There is off-road parking for several cars. Outside has a large decking area with a hot tub and a lawned garden area. Brick built BBQ.Ty Canol is the ultimate location for friends and families to relax and unwind.

Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, a selection of books and DVDs, Xbox, Netflix or prime video if you have them via the smart TV and wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Initial supply of fuel for the fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for several cars. Undercover storage for bikes. Large decking area with hot tub and lawned garden. Brick built BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 11 mins walk. Note: Due to the size of the hot tub it will not be fully up to temperature until the evening of the second day. Note: The gardens are extensive with a shallow pond and young children will need supervision. No stag, hen or similar parties

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: Malltraeth is a small village in the South West of Anglesey. The former salt marsh creeks are still visible on aerial photography and evident as shallow depressions in the fields. The village has a local pub called The Joiners Arms. There is a picnic area which opened in 2010 called Clwt Glas. It has beaches close by, including Llanddwyn and Cable Bay.
