Welcome to Bliss! Your new favorite beach vacation spot! Bliss was built in 2014 and is unique in that it was built with renters in mind. After years of renting homes within Seacrest, the owners knew what worked best for families and built it with the goal of both entertaining and serenity. With 2 living spaces - one on bottom floor, the other on top floor - porches galore and plenty of private sleeping areas, you will get your many moments of vacation. Whether you are watching the children zoom around on their bikes in the cul-de-sac as you swing on the covered front porch, or while you are making shrimp gumbo inside the big cook's kitchen, you will be in heaven! Bliss is located just one row off 30A so you will miss the street noise from 30A but keep the Gulf views. Bliss is steps to the beach and pool and perfectly placed between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. It is a short walk to Seacrest Village with its fun live music, restaurants and shopping. The 3-story custom home has an open floor plan and was built with easy living in mind, stylish yet simple.

BLISS FLOOR PLAN:

* 1st Floor *

Start on 1st floor with a covered wrap around porch with swing and plenty of chairs for adults and children alike. 2 beach bikes are provided to take in the sights and local fare. Relax on the 2 couches and armchair while watching the 50' flat screen Smart TV. Move in to a cook's kitchen with plenty of chef tools, keurig, microwave, large refrigerator with built in icemaker and filtered water, as well as a wine cooler. The kitchen island boasts 4 bar stools and to the side is your dining table with comfortable seating up to 10. Walk to the back of the house near foyer and you'll have our Queen bedroom with TV, closet, dresser, full bath and walk in shower.

* 2nd Floor *

Walk up to second level where there is an Ensuite Bedroom with King bed, TV, and private bath with walk in shower. Full size laundry room storing beach towels for your use. Next, you see the kid's bath with shower/tub combo. The bunk room is situated right next to the bath with 4 built in twin bunks, TV, 2 dressers and drawers in bunk. Last but certainly not least is the Master Bedroom with vaulted ceiling and King Bed. You have walk-in closet, Smart TV, huge private Master bath with huge tub, spacious walk in shower and private toilet. Off the Master is a private deck with views of the Gulf, outfitted with a chaise lounge and 2 chairs.

* 3rd Floor *

Walk to 3rd level, which we call the 'party room,' where surf décor awaits you. A large, comfortable leather sleeper sofa, wet bar with mini refrigerator for easy living. A 1/2 bath and closet for those wanting to stay on top floor. Walk out to the BEST SPOT - a spacious covered patio with plenty of comfortable seating to gaze at the plentiful sunrises and sunsets of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Many memories await you!
