Dive into the emerald water of the swimming pool or into the crystal clear sea nearby.

Our Villa is located in the center of Puglia, in the Itria valley a few kilometers from Ostuni the White City.
From there, let yourself go to dawdle to explore the beauties of the region: the trulli pecking here and there the landscape, Alberobello classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, Lecce la Baroque, the small port of Monopoli, the beautiful beaches of the seas Adriatic and Ionian.

At home, take advantage of its terraced gardens (7000 M²), its dry stone walls, its hundred-year-old olive trees, its small wood where it is good to take the fresh air while listening to the cicadas.
A panoramic view, magnificent sunsets, or, installed on the roof terrace, you can admire the shimmer of the silver leaves of the hundred-year-old olive trees.

The Villa is of recent construction, built with the traditional materials of the region: tufo stones, Trani stones, Ostuni ironwork ...

Ideal for a family of 4 (5 with a baby) or for 2 couples of friends.

On site, you will be welcomed by Maria and Francesco. Their kindness and their availability will guide you to live a pleasant vacation. They speak Italian, English and French.

The property is 15 minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and 1 hour from the beaches of the Ionian Sea.
Close to the two Puglia airports: Brindisi (35 km) and Bari (85 km).

Séjour remarquable

Comment décrire notre séjour à la villa Serena sans utiliser trop de superlatifs ? Cela va être compliqué tellement nous avons apprécié notre semaine sur place. L'endroit est au calme et complètement privatif. La villa est très agréable à vivre, joliment décorée et suffisamment grande pour accueillir 2 couples grâce aux 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. L'extérieur est verdoyant et la piscine est magnifique. Pour finir il faut retenir l'accueil sur place que vous recevez de Maria et Francesco. Ils sont présents dès que vous arrivez et sont toujours là pour vous aider en cas de besoin. Notre séjour a été réussi et ils en sont certainement pour beaucoup. Donc si vous cherchez le calme, le confort et la tranquillité n'hésitez pas à séjourner à la villa Serena. Vous ne serez pas déçus.

Piccola e graziosa casa di campagna

Abbiamo passato ad agosto un buon periodo di vacanza. La casa è abbastanza isolata e per raggiungerla bisogna percorrere un tratto di strada sterrata. E' di recente costruzione, è piccola e all'interno è curata .ed equipaggiata dei servizi indicati nell'annuncio. Le stanze da letto sono veramente troppo piccole (a malapena si gira intorno al letto). Una camera non dispone di armadio ma di cassettoni posti sotto il letto che però sono molto scomodi e non si possono aprire completamente. L'altra camera dispone di armadio ma lo spazio a utilizzabile dai clienti è troppo ridotto. Ritengo che sia una casa più adatta per una famiglia che non per coppie di amici. La piscina è bella anche per le dimensioni, purtroppo è in ombra per tutta la mattina e mancano sedute confortevoli. Le sdraio messe a disposizione sono molto scomode e necessitano di manutenzione. Sicuramente ci tornerei anche se la cura della casa risente della mancanza dei proprietari in loco.

Phantastisches Haus für den perfekten Familienurlaub! Hohe Qualität, ruhig, sauber, persönlich!

Wir hatten den perfekten Familienurlaub. Die Besitzer haben ein tolles Ambiente geschaffen von tollen Materialien, im traditionellen Stil in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail und zur Umgebung gearbeitet wurde. Das Haus ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kinder haben sich auch sofort wohl gefühlt und vom ersten Tag an den großzügigen Pool genutzt. Die Lage ist ideal, man ist für sich und hat eine angenehme Ruhe und ein tolles Panorama und ist in 7 Minuten in Ostuni oder Ceglie Messapica in der Innenstadt. In 15 bis 20 Minuten hat man Bilderbuchstrände und -Buchten. Das Beste an dem Haus ist jedoch die Vor Ort Betreuung von Maria und Francesco, die sich vom ersten Moment an freundschaftlich um uns gekümmert haben, wann immer wir Fragen hatten und uns wertvolle individuelle Tipps in jeder Hinsicht gegeben haben. Wir sind dankbar, dass wir so ein Glück hatten in der Wahl unserer Urlaubsdestination.

Petite maison magnifique, au sommet d'une colline

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est petite (conforme à la description) mais tout y est. La piscine est fabuleuse. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés tant avant le séjour que pendant. Vraiment à conseiller.
