We would like to extend a warm welcome at our apartment and wish you a happy stay in Barcelona.For these reasons, these are the rules of the apartment that we ask you to fulfill:
RESPECT:•Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed• No smoking•Please silence from 10pm to 7am to respect the repose of the neighbors•Strictly prohibited: Parties, bachelor parties, making noise, loud music and noisy chat in the apartment•Failure to comply with these rules, if there is noise or the neighbors feel annoyed, this may lead to you being asked to leave the accommodation, losing your right to claim a refund of your reservation and losing your security deposit• This property uses an IOT device (decibel measurement system). Noise Alarm from Roomonitor, a Barcelona City Council partner company, is a 100% secure device for the privacy of guests because it does not record audio or conversations. It only measures the level of noise volume in the property and sends an alert when it is exceeded the established maximum limit, helping to control noise, and thus avoiding possible conflicts with neighbors. This system makes possible a more sustainable and responsible tourism.
CLEANING:•Make sure to leave the apartment in a good cleaning condition, tidy, no trash scattered on the floor and the dishwasher loaded. Failure to comply, extra charge of €70 for extra cleaning time•Please, throw the garbage in the street containers at checkout
ENVIRONMENT:•Think about the environment: turn off lights and air conditioning/heating when exiting•Make a responsible use of electricity and water during your stay, caring for the planet is something for everyone
REGULATION:•TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED: Local tourist tax of the city of Barcelona is not included in the price of the reservationThe tax is €5,50 per person and night (VAT included). This tax must be paid upon arrival, make sure you have this money ready. Under 16 years of age exempt) (LAW 5/2012 of March 20)•In order to comply with Spanish law, we need to register every guest who sleep in Barcelona, on Spanish Police Database, so we will ask you, for every guest passport information•It is not allowed to accommodate anyone whose personal data is not in the contract•All reservations include 2 sets of keys for your use. Don’t lose them, in that case, you will have to pay €100 for each one (replacement cost for lock and new set of keys)•A credit card is required during check-in at the apartment. No charge will be made if the apartment is delivered in the proper conditions and you respect house rules.• At the end of your stay, guest agrees to leave the apartment and all its goods in the same conditions in which they were received. For this purpose and as a guarantee of this obligation, guest authorizes us to charge up to €300 in case of damage, loss or failure of house rules.
CHECKIN:We kindly ask all our guests to be punctual on arranged time for checkin, otherwise we won’t be able to guarantee checkin time at arranged time.We personally welcome all our guests, and any delay can affect other scheduled checkins of other guests at other apartments.In case of delay for any circumstance, please contact us to schedule the checkin time again.
Situation and communications:
The house is two bloks far from La Sagrada Familia and near to the modernist space of Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. You also get to enjoy living in one of Barcelona’s most symbolic, historic and vital neighbourhoods: Eixample.
The neighbourhood has a large number of cultural options and leisure offerings as well as an endless number of restaurants, bars, cafés, public parks, shops and lovely, quiet streets.
With regard to other services that may be of interest to you, the district has a pharmacy open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is in addition to a public car park, supermarkets, bakeries and even several health centres and hospitals.
KeyFamily Lovely Villa is just 3 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia’s metro stop with lines L2 and L5, you can easily get to all of the city’s points of interest, including Plaça Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, the Passeig de Gràcia, Parc Güell, the Camp Nou and the famous Barceloneta area, among others. Furthermore, there are various bus lines, including two “Tourist Bus” stops and information points nearby, ensuring you fully enjoy your stay in our city.

All reservations include 2 sets of keys. The extra set of keys costs €50 per set of keys.
Only one check-in will be made per reservation at the agreed time.
If we do not have the passport details for all guests these will be requested so as to complete the information the authorities need according to applicable laws.
We will come and perform check-out to pick up the keys and verify the house is left in good condition.
There is no additional cleaning fee so please leave the house in optimal conditions of cleanliness.
All reservations include 2 towels per person (one large and one small towel). The extra towel service costs €4 per large towel and €3 per small towell.
An additional cleaning and/or laundry service is available, should you require one. These cost €70, respectively.
The local tourist tax is €5 + VAT per adult and per night. This is not included in the price. This amount is to be paid in cash during check-in time, (rate applicable to guests aged 17 and over). Law 5/2017, of 28 March on Stays at Tourist Establishments.
KeyFamily Apartments informs that it is not responsible for the external noise caused and coming by the neighbors of flats, apartments, adjoining houses and buildings adjacent or public spaces.
Guest agrees to facilitate access to the apartment if necessary: to the owners, to the contracted staff of Key Family Apartments or to the competent Authorities, for maintenance or security reasons
