It houses three king king-size double bedrooms, each boasting a luxury en-suite, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also family bathroom with a bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC and a downstairs shower room, with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional rooms include a sitting room with dining area, a kitchen and a utility room. Outside, you will find a spacious garden area with furniture. 1 Orchard Cottage is a beautifully presented property, perfect for a family get together.
Amenities: Gas fire. Dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and TV. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking suitable for one car. Enclosed rear and front garden with furniture. Strictly No smoking. Shop and pub within a 1-minute walk. One well behaved dog allowed. There is no access to Electric Car Charging Point at the property, however it is possible to charge an electric car from within the property for an additional fee of £30 per week,(you will need to supply your own extension lead)please enquire at the point of booking.
