Why they chose this property
This property is very nice because of it's location on Mulberry Street in the historic district of Lewes and it's close walking proximity to the downtown business streets as well as the Lewes Rehoboth Canal.
What makes this property unique
Mulberry in Lewes is unique because it is a first floor condominium (only three steps to enter). It has high ceilings with large spacious rooms. You will not feel claustrophobic or cramped. It's proximity to town and many activities is of course a huge asset. It has been in my family for twenty years, as it is the place my parents chose to retire.
