About this property

Graystone is a first floor apartment with its own private external entrance . It is ideally situated just 50 yards from the safe sandy beach and slipway where boats can be launched. All rooms have sea views.

Hope Cove is an unspoilt former fishing village and still retains its charm with its original village square of thatched cottages. There are magnificent walks along the South Devon Coastal Path and all the coast around Hope Cove owned by the National Trust.

Changover day is Saturday. There maybe flexibility in the low season.

Love Hope Cove. Will be back next year.

We chose Hope Cove based on its proximity to Salcombe where we went last year to be honest choosing this property on simple location amenities and price. Ok the weather was wonderful but this little town and the accommodation we chose were simply perfect. This apartment has everything you need gur a small family. Is clean , perfectly equipped and well located. It felt like home after a matter of hours. We do much enjoyed our stay we will be surely back next year.

Great Holiday

Fantastic setting with great views. Great apartment. Several bars within walking distance albeit a bit hilly unless you walk across the bay when sea is out. Would highly recommend and feel a bit guilty for marking down on check in process but unfortunately the key was not in the key safe. We did contact Martin on the phone who was very apologetic and arranged for the caretaker to get to us with the key, which took about 30mins.

Wonderful location!!!

We were very lucky to have hot, sunny weather for our entire stay which allowed us to make the most of being so close to the beach. Hope Cove was an ideal spot for using our kayak and paddleboard. The apartment kitchen was very well equipped and had a great range of serving dishes and crockery. The fridge freezer was a good size for a family and the washing machine and dishwasher were easy to use. There was plenty of hot water and the shower worked well, the only thing we missed was a shower mat for the bath as it was a bit slippery. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had good storage, some of the curtains and carpets were a bit tired and dated but overall this is a spacious, well-equiped apartment with beautiful views. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit with a drink to watch the sunset.
