The space
The property is a home that embraces the rustic heritage that has defined the island for decades. With a 43,000㎡ built area, it was designed to impress!
Six impressive bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms are featured in the main house and two junior suites with a double bed and an additional one. The suites have outdoor rain showers and lounge areas with views towards the pool.
Boasting a well-planned distribution, the Finca has a large, spacious interior that epitomises rustic luxury. Every room has satellite TV, a centralised cooling and heating system, a mini-fridge, a safe, Free Wi-Fi and underfloor heating (in the junior suites).
The exteriors don’t shy away from showing off. Manicured gardens surround a fabulous swimming pool, sun loungers and a practical barbecue. The area offers an open invitation to a relaxing afternoon under the sunny summer days.
If you are still not convinced by this charming property, here’s a secret that will exceed your expectations. An extraordinary part of this house has a well-preserved 100-year-old Tafona! It is a traditional agricultural museum with an original olive press that dates back to the 12th century. Visits are arranged upon request.

Surroundings:
The area
The property is located in Port D’Andratx, a popular spot due to its lively yacht club with more than 450 berths. Many visitors are surprised that it is still a working fishing port and fishermen carry out their daily duties accordingly.
What to do
There are many cafés, restaurants and shops in the area. We recommend a local two-story bakery called “La Consigna” where fresh and traditional pastries are baked daily. Enjoy the sea views and the fishermen’s busy life while having a delicious breakfast!
If you fancy a short trip, you can take a short trip to a nearby nature resort called “La Dragonera Island”.
The closest beaches are near Camp de Mar, where a golf course is also found.
*Summer event: In July, a hectic parade fills the town’s streets while fishermen decorate their boats to sail around the port to celebrate La Vigen Del Carmen, their patron saint. If you happen to be here around that time, you can miss the celebration!

Check-out
Check-in takes place on the day of arrival from 3 pm and check-out takes place on the day of departure at 10 am. If you need to delay or advance your arrival/departure, please make your request at the time of booking. It might only sometimes be possible, but we will try our best to help you.
Please note that if you arrive at the property after 9 pm, a late check-in fee of €50 will be applied and can be paid in cash on arrival.

Tourist Tax
Since July 1st 2016, the Tax for Sustainable Tourism has been levied on all overnight stays in tourist accommodations on the Balearic Islands.Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.This tax IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION and must be paid upon arrival.

Waste must be discarded before departure otherwise an additional €50 will be charged.
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed (Only on special occasions, under request and with an extra fee).
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
This accommodation is not adapted for guests with disabilities.
Please note that the property has a swimming pool and children must be supervised.
