Bellagio Villas - Nabucco with garden directly on the Lake

Nabucco is the ground floor apartment of Villa Verdi, overlooking the lake. It is characterized by a large and cozy living room with kitchen leading directly to the private patio and garden where you can enjoy typical Italian specialties pampered by the soothing sound of the waves. Near the entrance there is a lovely fountain in the true rural style of Lake Como which flows uninterruptedly even during the hot, dry seasons and offers a source of fresh water. This apartment can comfortably accommodate six adults and two children in four well-furnished bedrooms (three doubles and one twin) in a style that perfectly blends fine handcrafted furniture dating back to the nineteenth century with modern minimalistic pieces. Complete with two large bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower and bathtub, the apartment is fresh and cozy even in hot weather, cooled in the afternoon and at night by a light breeze (the famous “Breva”) making air conditioning completely unnecessary.

Tourist tax of 1.5€ per person per night is included in the rent.
Heating is not included, if necessary.
Pets are considered on request, with an extra fee.
Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.
