Bellagio Villas - Turandot with frontlake patio and direct access to the Lake
Turandot is a lakefront semi detached villa which delivers wondrous views and a chance to sample life in a typical Italian village. It is characterized by its proximity to the lake, which the French would describe as “pied dans l’eau”.
The living room, two bedrooms, the furnished patio and the garden enjoy this non stop view. It is located in a semi deteched house which offers a large living room with huge terrace facing the lake, a fully furnished kitchen, a double bedroom facing the terrace and the lake, a twin bedroom facing the mountain and the street. This part of the house is on the level of the car parking.
Downstairs you can enjoy a covered patio and a garden, a separate loft with double bedroom and living room facing the garden and a large bathroom.
The villas also offers car parking for 3 cars, direct access to the lake.
Village life comes with the usual sounds , because the villa is situated in the centre of the village. Within a 2 minutes walk, a lakeside restaurant serve up typical Italian dishes and pizzas.. Just 300 yards away is a boat service with motorboats for hire. The bus stop is 80 yards away, while boats and hydrofoils leave and arrive from the landing stage, 200 yards away.
Sitting under the patio and on the balcony you will enjoy all the beauty of Lake Como and its mountains, while tasting a bottle of wine or a typical dish of the Italian cuisine.
Tourist tax of 1.5€ per person per night is included in the rent.
Heating is not included, if necessary.
Pets are considered on request, with an extra fee.
Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.
