12 Westward Flats is a well presented two-bedroom, first floor apartment in the coastal resort village of Polzeath, Cornwall. It is ideally located within walking distance of the popular Polzeath beach; a family favourite. It is the ideal base for those wishing to spend long fun filled days at the seaside or explore further a field and take in all the delights Cornwall has to offer.
On first entering 12 Westward Flats you will be greeted by the beachy open-plan living area with cosy furnishings and comfortable seating, which is perfect for quiet evenings in after energetic days at the beach; there is a drop leaf dining table for family meals and a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Down the corridor are both bedrooms; the first has a plush double bed and the second has two single twin beds; along with a family bathroom equipped with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC. The property does not have a garden, but the beach is just a short walk away.
Within walking distance are many local shops providing everything holiday makers need, along with an excellent selection of restaurants. Polzeath beach is a haven for families, sun worshippers and avid surfers alike due to its vast golden sands, powerful waves and amazing atmosphere. The beach is also home to a nature reserve and many rockpools ready to be explored.
