About this property
Delightful casale on the ground of organic farm
We offer whole casale to rent in the Umbrian countryside not far from the village of Montegabbione. Casale is divided into 4 apartments each with 2 bedrooms and bathroom , sitting room, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment has a large front and back terrace to catch the morning and evening sun and private separate entrance. In casale can sleep up to 16 people. It is possible to have anothere apartment for 4 people in casale near by. Large infinity swimming pool 16-8 meters surrounded by pine trees and garden with large steps on one side safe for small children and elderlygarden. Situated in the countryside with views of the Tuscan and Umbrian hills and the medieval towns of Monteleone and Montegabbione. Easy distance to shops and supermarkets.
Perfect spot to gather with your friends and families. Perfect for parties, anniversaries and weddings. Apart of the special cooking evening we will be happy to prepare the special meal for you.
We are working organic farm producing organic extra virgin olive oil, vine and saffron. We offer free seasonal organic fruits and vegetable as available from the garden. Fresh eggs daily from fee range chickens.
Special cooking evenings: Those who enjoy making and eating Italian specialties is welcome to join us on the special cooking evening:
- making your own pizza in the stone oven
- making fresh pasta
- enjoy special saffron recipes

We are Franco and Bozena. We live here since 2002 and we love it. We specialize in producing our own organic extra virgin olive oil, vine and saffron. We love looking after the farm but having guests coming from all over the world and staying in our apartments makes our life here very special.

We found this farm and we loved it from the first sight. The location was perfect – deep in a beautiful countryside but in the same within quick and comfortable reach of the stunning cities of Perugia, Orvieto, Rome and Florence. We knew is going to be a hard work but we still enjoying every moment of it.
