ALBA

Charming country house with a wonderful stone facade in typical Mallocan style.

It´s located on the outskirts of the of the village of Llubi and can accomodate 4 guests.

It has 3 double bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning and en suite bathroom.

A third is a loft without total privacy, with 2 single beds.

On the 80 m² floor there is also a lounge - dining room, equipped with air conditioning and fireplace.

An open and well equipped kitchen adjoins the living room. There are 2 bathrooms.

Outside there is a comfortable furnished porch of 100 m2 with a brick barbecue.

Magnificent view of the well-kept garden, with private pool with a child protection and a sun terrace, which invites you to relax.

The property is completely fenced and offers a lot of parking space.



Llubí is a municipality that belongs to the region of Es Pla and is located near the center of Mallorca, 40 kilometers from Palma.

The urban nucleus is located between two zones of the town, the zone of Llevant and the zone of Son Ramis, this last one dates from the 17th century.

Llubí borders the municipalities of Maria de la Salud, Sineu, Inca, Sa Pobla, Muro y Santa Margalida.

Fabulous Finca in remote and romantic location.

Fabulous Finca in remote and romantic location. Good base to travel around island. Pool was huge and clean. Lovely outdoor seating areas and cooking space. Friendly local hens also made a visit! Very comfortable. Responsive host. Lovely restaurants in local village. Would recommend to familiescouples. Generous late check out.

Villa was just as expected with a lovely pool & garden full of fruit trees. Great BBQ & enormous pizza oven & outdoor kitchen that was very useful in hot weather. Beds were very comfortable. A car is essential for the location, but very close to the lovely small towns of Llubi, Costix & Sineu with well stocked supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants. Good for walks & cycling in the countryside, but also within a 40 min drive of the coast & mountains.

Villa was just as expected with a lovely pool & garden full of fruit trees. Great BBQ & enormous pizza oven & outdoor kitchen that was very useful in hot weather. Beds were very comfortable. Had a lovely stay at Mariana and Marina’s villa

Had a lovely stay at Mariana and Marina’s villa. Set in lovely countryside with a great pool and grass area. Able to walk around the large garden with a mixture of fruit trees. My kids loved feeding the chickens each day. The villa itself is very nice. Old and very quirky. Able to cook outside on the bbq. Good location. In the middle of the island and east to travel to many places and beaches. Would definitely come back again.

Thank you for letting us stay. Loved the house and pool - we had a very relaxing week with the family. We did struggle to find the property on arrival especially in the dark so perhaps some photos of the exterior would be helpful for future guests. Would also have been nice to have some basic food items in the house given we arrived late. We did struggle a little with the quality of the kitchen utensils and the electrics tripped a few times which was concerning. Some tips on how to effectively deal with the ants and mosquitoes would also have been helpful. However we very much enjoyed our stay in the house especially the pool - thank you.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Grundstück ist recht groß und bietet viel Platz, das Haus selbst ist rustikal und versprüht dadurch einen besonderen Charme. Uns hat das sehr gefallen. Man benötigt in jedem Fall ein Auto - dieses empfehlen wir auch für den Weg nach Llubi selbst, da sich die Straße dorthin nicht wirklich als Fussweg eignet. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei, sehr schnell und war äußerst freundlich. Erwähnt werden sollte noch, dass tagsüber gelegentlich etwas vom Flugverkehr zu hören ist - dieser trat jedoch unregelmäßig auf und hat uns nicht gestört.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus in Llubí. Die Lage ist ruhig und ländlich – ideal zum Entspannen fernab vom Trubel. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, aber dafür wird man mit absoluter Ruhe und Natur belohnt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Pool war ein echtes Highlight. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Un luogo di rara bellezza

Un luogo di rara bellezza, una vera finca rural, dotata di TUTTO, con un giardino mozzafiato, un terreno ricco di alberi di tutti i tipi, e una piscina VERA per rinfrescarsi a qualunque ora. La villa regala una pace assoluta, in un luogo di campagna dove regna il silenzio rotto solo dal raglio di qualche asino lontano e dalle simpatiche galline che ci hanno regalato uova fresche ogni giorno. L’interno della casa e’ spartano ma al tempo stesso molto elegante, la cucina è dotata di tutto - compresa la lavastoviglie !- le stanze molto spaziose, i letti comodissimi e c’era una grande abbondanza di asciugamani, che d’estate è cruciale. Abbiamo approfittato del barbecue in muratura e della lavatrice con stenditoio. Ogni due o tre giorni veniva il personale (all’alba, mai accorti di niente) a ritirare la differenziata e a pulire la piscina. Abbiamo girato 11 spiagge diverse in 13 giorni (la macchina qui è fondamentale), ma quando rientravamo a casa… per noi era la gioia più grande! GRAZIE
