This split-level 3 bedroom villa in Nerja has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests.  The property is located within a few metres of two other villas that we offer, Villa Palomas and Villa Mirto.



It is a comfortable villa with a private pool and hot tub, set within a modern residential development on the edge of Nerja, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. The villa and a lovely terrace and balcony areas to sit and relax outside.



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside:Private pool , balcony and terrace with patio furniture, hot tub.



Inside:Air conditioning in the bedrooms (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, TV



In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property has one bathroom with bath/shower and wc and one with shower cubicle and wc.

The villa is situated in a safe, family-friendly residential neighbourhood and is a popular choice for both families and couples.



A hire car is definitely recommended for visitors to the villa to get around but is not essential.

Everything about this house is lovely EXCEPT that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT the house. There is ONLY AC in the 3 bedrooms.

The hot tub was a lovely addition to this property particularly at this time of year and due to a miss hap and not being very mobile we made a lot of use of this facility. The garden and BBQ area was very nice. There was a lot of noise with the house next door being renovated but this is something that is out of the control of the owners.

What did we like? Everything! Beautiful Villa, great location and the communication was amazing from start to finish. Any queries they’re very quick to respond. We had the best time and didn’t want to leave, the host was very helpful also. Just stunning would definitely go back and definitely recommend! Thanks guys hopefully see you soon.
