This split-level 3 bedroom villa in Nerja has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests.  The property is located within a few metres of two other villas that we offer, Villa Palomas and Villa Mirto.



It is a comfortable villa with a private pool and hot tub, set within a modern residential development on the edge of Nerja, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. The villa and a lovely terrace and balcony areas to sit and relax outside.



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:

A hire car is definitely recommended for visitors to the villa to get around but is not essential.

Everything about this house is lovely EXCEPT that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT the house. There is ONLY AC in the 3 bedrooms.

The hot tub was a lovely addition to this property particularly at this time of year and due to a miss hap and not being very mobile we made a lot of use of this facility. The garden and BBQ area was very nice. There was a lot of noise with the house next door being renovated but this is something that is out of the control of the owners.
