We have just bought and renovated our second home located in a one-way street, not busy in the town of the spine.
This house is between the center of the village (with 2 bakeries, butcher's shop, Saturday market, supermarket ...) and the beach

Capacity: 8 people
6 rooms, 3 bedrooms (the first with a bed of 160, the second with a bed of 140 + a single bed, the third with 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed)

Location was perfect 8-10 min walk to the beach in a quiet street. The cottage was lovely and spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a new born baby. Well equipped in the kitchen. We had a lovely holiday. However there were things that could have been improved considering the price for one week. On arrival we were greeted with a wet floor as one of the showers was leaking under the flooring. The owner knew about it but nothing was done during our stay. So we couldn’t use that shower. The sunbeds were broken as the agency pointed out. But nothing was done about it. A dangerous drop from terrace to garden for toddlers. No barrier especially onto the concrete drive. Meter drop. Lawn had weeds taller than the toddlers as it hadn’t been mowed. So difficult to play on. Last but not least. Very dangerous drainage sticking up on the drive. This caused a rather nasty tripping accident early on in our holiday and I was lucky not to brake my nose, teeth or wrist. Still Noirmoutier is a lovely place and we will return there but not to this property.

Je suis navrais des soucis que vous avez rencontré, néanmoins votre commentaire est excessif. Oui il y a une fuite sur une des douches qui a été condamnée, car trouver un plombier la semaine du 15 aout n’est pas une chose facile, néanmoins vous aviez la possibilité de prendre des douches dans la baignoire avec le rideau de douche et dans l’autre salle de bain. La terrasse est bien surélevée comme le montre les photos de la maison, et dire que le jardin n’était pas utilisable avec des mauvaises herbes plus hautes que les enfants est totalement faux. J’espère que vous retournerez sur Noirmoutier, mais pas dans notre maison, car vos réflexions, négociation sur l’heure de sortie avec du chantage à la note Abritel à la personne qui fait l’état des lieux de sortie sont pour moi inacceptable. Vous vous êtes fait plaisir sur le commentaire et heureusement les autres locataires ont été plus respectueux.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Les enfants ont profitez à fond la descend des voitures (parking) pour faire du vélo (3-5 ans) et du jardin. La plage se trouve a 5 minutes de marche. La maison est très confortable, propre et bien équipé. M. Hervé est un proprietaire attentive. A louer sans hésitation.

Escapade à Noirmoutier en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Epine. Ce village et ses plages sont beaucoup plus tranquilles que Noirmoutier en l'île. Concernant votre maison, nous avions beaucoup d'espace ce qui était très appréciable. En terme d'équipements nous avions tout ce qui nous était nécessaire.

Fonctionnelle et très bien équipée

Idéalement située, très fonctionnelle, notamment grâce à son garage (pour les vélos) et sa terrasse, cette location a ravi toute la famille. Rien ne manque pour cuisiner. Par ailleurs très bien située, à quelques pas de la plage et du centre-bourg.

Le moulin des Trappes

Une maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée,idéalement située à 15 minutes à pieds de la plage et 5 minutes du centre bourg. Environnement calme( malgré les travaux de toiture du voisinage), une adresse a conserver.

Agréable séjour sur l’île de Noirmoutier

J'ai passée un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, ou j'ai pu profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée, au calme et sans vis à vis, génial pour profiter des repas en famille au soleil ! La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et à 2 pas des commerces et du marché ( 3 min à pied) et de la plage (5 min à pied ) Autre point appréciable , il est possible de stationner plusieurs voitures sur le terrain Je reviendrai très volontiers pour un plus long séjour dans cette maison
