La Villa "Los Dragos" consists of 4 double en-suite rooms, comfortably accommodating 8 people.

The villa is fully fenced with a splendid and well-maintained 2000 m2 interior garden filled with bougainvilleas, hibiscus, dragon trees, palm trees, and shaded areas with junipers.

The property has large windows in all rooms to enjoy both the interior and exterior spaces, where white colors and natural oak flooring prevail.

It has a wonderful front porch, ideal for enjoying pleasant meals or evening gatherings outdoors.

The main living area of the 70 m2 house is a spacious and cozy lounge with a dining area featuring a large table and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is very spacious and open to the dining area. It is equipped with a double-door refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

It has air conditioning/heating and Wi-Fi in all rooms and areas, as well as outdoor showers, a TV, and a wood-burning stove.

The villa has 4 en-suite rooms with 4 independent bathrooms.

The water in Formentera is desalinated, although the well on our property, about 50 meters deep, provides one of the most desalinated waters on the island, although not suitable for drinking.

The villa offers views of the sea and cultivated fields. It is ideal for experiencing the atmosphere of peace and serenity that Formentera exudes while being close to the main urban centers. It is 0.5 km from the village of San Ferran and 1 km from the capital, San Francesc.

Villa Los Dragos è una fantastica proprietà, perfetta per una vacanza in libertà e spensierata…le 4 camere con bagno sono bellissime, le due depandance sono vere e proprie case….l’arredamento impeccabile….abbiamo avuto solo qualche problema iniziale di pulizia (forno frigorifero e vettovaglie) chiaramente usate ma non lavate….per il resto tutto perfetto…un grande ringraziamento a Bladi la persona incaricata della gestione, gentile e super disponibile. ci torneró😍🤩

Grande villa adatta a soggiorni di gruppi di amici/famigliari di 10/14 persone, ampio spazio esterno. Posizione tranquilla, ma comunque vicino alla strada principale. Diego e Bladi sempre cortesi e a disposizione per ogni problema e richiesta.

Beautiful property

The property is top class. Very large and equipped with everything. All rooms are air conditioned and comfortable. The villa is in a quiet area strategically located to reach all key places in the island.

Schönes Haus, was leider nicht wirklich gepflegt wird und einige Defekte aufweist

Das Haus ist an sich wirklich schön und bietet viel Platz. Leider ist es eher ungepflegt und es gab einige Sachen, die uns nicht so sehr gefallen haben. In einem Bungalow war die Wand hinter dem Kopfteils des Bettes total verschimmelt. Darum wurde sich zum Glück während unserer Woche gekümmert. Außerdem war der Duschkopfhalter in einer Dusche halb abgebrochen, ein Duschhandtuch war schimmelig und das Besteck hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Es scheint, dass die Probleme zu einem der Bungalows gehören, Sobald du uns angerufen hast, haben wir die Wand hinter dem Bett befestigt, und wenn du uns über das Besteck und das Handtuch informiert hättest, hätte ich sie sofort gewechselt. Das nächste Mal bitte, sag uns, wir sind hier, um dich mit der besten Erfahrung zu haben und darauf zu warten, dass du zurückkommst.

Superbe maison dans un coin magnifique de l'île

Nous avons passé une semaine avec 3 familles dans la villa Los Dragos et nous avons adoré. La maison principale donne sur des terrasses extérieures parfaites pour lire ou passer un moment de détente. Elle est entourée d'un assez grand jardin où se situent aux 2 extrémités 2 pavillons de 2/3 personnes chacun, bien équipés et au calme. La décoration est soignée et la maison est très agréable à vivre. Elle se situe à 10mn à pieds d'une plage très sympa et très belle où vous pourrez déjeuner sous les pins au restaurant Sa platgeta, ou boire un verre au coucher du soleil au petit bar Kiosko 62. Le gardien, Bladi, est très gentil et très efficace, toujours prêt à rendre service. Seul bémol lorsque l'on est nombreux : pas de table à dîner extérieure et pas de BBQ. A signaler également une chambre sans climatisation, un peu difficile en plein mois d'août. Nous recommandons à l'unanimité cette maison pour vos vacances en familles ou avec des amis ! Simplesmente fantástico!

Adorámos a nossa estadia na villa Los Dragos. A casa é muito confortável e muito espaçosa. Éramos uma família de 14 pessoas e ficámos muito bem instalados. Dá para ir para a praia de Midjorn a pé onde tem um bar muito simpático. Percorremos a ilha toda que tem praias maravilhosas and a good good feeling. Está perto de San Francesc que foi a vila que mais gostámos. A praia que gostámos mais foi Sant Agustín. A casa tem ainda um terraço onde vamos descobrir as constelações à noite. Recomendo vivamente e vou voltar à ilha com toda a certeza!
