Before you head out to relax on the beach, you can get a beautiful glimpse of the ocean from the rooftop deck. You won’t have to worry about your car since this home is a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops! The Pavilion Place outdoor private neighborhood pool is tucked away behind the house, and shared with only six private homes (open April 15-October 15).

This home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, ice machine, gas grill, and a private outdoor shower underneath. Soak in the sun from the lounge chairs along your very own rooftop sundeck! Each balcony allows you to sit back, relax, and take in the ocean view. The square footage of this house is 2,675. No pets. No smoking. Linens & WiFi included. Dining area: seats 8, with additional seating for 8 at kitchen island. Gas grill can be pulled out from under garage for use.

We had a great time staying at this property over the week of July 4. It’s right in the mix of things and was a perfect place to view the IOP firework display and walk over to the golf cart parade. It is loud at night during the summer because all of the close live music, so that’s something to consider if you have little kids. Having the pool there is great, and while the house is starting to get a little dated in some ways, it’s still a wonderful spot close to the beach and easy walking to everywhere else.

I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! If I had one criticism, it would be the TVs could be updated. The cost of the rental is pretty steep, so you would think they could spend $300 on a new smart tv for the master bedroom instead of the old tube tv that is in there.

Also, no beach towels and when traveling via plane to get somewhere you don’t want to pack a beach towel to take up room.

Island realty was very easy to work with. If we had any questions, they were quick to respond and help us out! House is equipped with keurig, regular coffee and blender, plus laundry. We also enjoyed the multiple patios! You can see the water from them! The near-by area is very fun - fun restaurants to check out (we tried Lawerence and Coconut Joes!) and had fun at the Windjammer right across the street. Plenty of beach access areas nearby, and the beach was beautiful!

Great spot for girls trip

We stayed at this house for a college girls trip (all guests in their 50’s). We had 10 people which worked out great for us to not have to use the top bunk beds. The house was great! Loved the kitchen and sitting area, especially the covered porch off the kitchen. It was too hot to sit on the sun deck but that looked great too! Loved the location so close to the beach. First night there was a large tour bus parked out front which wasn’t aesthetically pleasing but was fine. This house might be difficult for a family with little kids who can’t sleep with the noise from the bar across the street. We loved it for our purposes. House was clean and ready an hour early. Only thing was there was some opened food in the pantry left behind from previous people which felt kind of gross to us (chips, pie, cookies). Communication with realty company was excellent. Would love to stay here again!

I would not recommend the house for a larger group, as the main living area would not, in my opinion, comfortably accommodate a group of 12. In addition, the bedroom with the bunk beds was not usable, do to being several degrees warmer than the rest of the house.The furniture in the master bedroom was not very functional for holding clothes. The dresser had drawers that fell in when they were opened. So, we lived out of our suitcases for the week.The TV in the main living area was extremely finicky - hard to change channels.

Although the great proximity to the beach, there were some downfalls. The house is lovely, in nice condition, but had lots of trouble with the icemaker and one of the dishwasher. The most concerning was the garbage(recyclables)full and all over the grounds. After several attempts to have them removed, we were told to just use the trash can. It is a rather large house that accommodates 12 plus people and to never have the use of the can was annoying. The management group was friendly and tried to accommodate our request, but never really handled it.

Reviewer Comments: We had 6 adults and 6 children ages 7 and under.Positives: spacious garage, outdoor shower with hot water (have to hold pull chain continuously), extra ice maker, open kitchen/bar chairs, spacious living area, tv remote easy to negotiate, bathrooms, half bath especially nice, good quality towels, master, top deck, washer/dryer, air conditioning. Negatives: entrance to house sandy, dirty, unsightly, no outdoor hose to rinse feet or beach things, small refridgerator, cooking equipment disorganized and spread over 6 large under counter cabinets (fully equipped though), top bunks not made, one bed in upstairs bedroom not made and floor not vacuumed, top floor bathroom dirty, 2nd king bedroom very small, had to call realty company about dirty pool, Rock and Roll Bar: Windjammer directly across the street, played very loud music Saturday 5-9:30pm - impossible to sleep or talk. Other nights too but not as loud, closest beach access is through the Windjammer bar area but there is a much nicer one next to Casa Margarita.

The beach access is right across the street and the beach was super clean too!
