Enter the home on the first level to find the lower living area. With hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and comfortable seating, you can sit back here and unwind after a long day of exploring the beach. Down here you will also find the first four bedrooms. One room has a queen-sized bed with an en suite bathroom and private deck access, the second features a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, the third room is furnished with a king-sized bed and private deck access, and it shares a jack-and-jill style bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which offers two bunk beds with doubles on the bottom and singles on top.

This home offers an inverted floor plan, where the kitchen and main living area are on the second floor, giving you an elevated view from outside the windows. The main living area features two cherry-red leather couches, and a cushy chair with an ottoman. Perfect for relaxing and taking in a movie or your favorite show on the large flat screen TV!
A generously sized dining table can sit up to eight, while the kitchen has counter seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped, so feel free to create your own meals, whether it be a quick breakfast or a homecooked family dinner. There's also a high-chair available. With high-quality amenities such as a wine fridge and coffee maker, you'll feel right at home in this beautiful, open space!

The second floor has the master bedroom, which has private upper deck access and a king bed. As of May 2022, the master bathroom has been fully renovated, and now includes a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, a stand-alone soaking tub, a double vanity, new fixtures, and new flooring! In the large master closet, you'll find a baby crib (24 in. x 38 in.) (no sheets provided).

Outside in the spacious, fenced-in yard, you'll find the private pool which can be heated from May to October. There's also a kid's swing set, outdoor grilling station, and a gazebo where you can sit back and take in the beauty of the backyard. With an extra refrigerator in the garage, an elevator, and a TV in every room, this home has it all for a family beach getaway!

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (12) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
