almost great

we are used to a few more convenience items and supplies. this mote a hotel than rental by owner. the bare minimum was provided. otherwise the apartment was spacious and relatively comfortable. location was convenient in a quiet neighborhood.

It was my first time in Barcelona and I am so glad that I chose this apartment instead of hotel! Everything was nearby and very comfortable to stay. Felt like my own home! There was also asian grocery store right across the apartment, so it was perfect for me to go for asian food :) I will stay here again if I come back to Barcelona!

Ho soggiornato presso il Fisa Rental la scorsa settimana....appartamento per due adulti e due bambini. È un po' decentrato rispetto al centro ma comunque in un quartiere abbastanza elegante e molto tranquillo. La fermata della metropolitana 5-7 min distante . L'appartamento è molto confortevole e presenta ogni tipo di comfort. Forniscono anche un kit per iniziare le pulizie ( pasticca della lavastoviglie pasticca della lavatrice detersivo piatti spugne e quant'altro )e un kit per poter mangiare (sale, zucchero,te ,caffè, olio , sale e pepe). Infine una nota speciale per Aina, colei che ci ha accolti alla reception ed è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi tipologia di richiesta.

Hola, nos gustó la ubicación y la distribución del apartamento. En términos generales cómodo y suficiente para lo que necesitábamos. Algunas sugerencias: 1. Reponer la carpeta de bienvenida, ya que al menos la nuestra estaba bastante deteriorada y rota. Da la impresión de falta de mantenimiento. 2. La ducha tenía bastante sarro o manchas de cal en los vidrios y cerámicas. Hay productos especiales para remover este tipo de sucio y mejorar la impresión que da el baño. 3. El extractor de aire del baño, ubicado sobre el WC estaba lleno de polvo y muy sucio. Esto es algo fácil de mantener y limpiar si se está pendiente. 4. El WC en varias ocasiones se quedó botando agua y había que tocar el surtidor para corregir la falla. Con niños pequeños es molesto pues ellos no están pendientes de eso.
