Trop cher pour la qualité du bien

Propriété idéalement située mais niveau de prix bien trop élevé pour la qualité de la prestation (literie mauvaise, équipement minimum (pas de four, machine à laver le linge à partager avec les maisons d'à côté, couverts/assiettes/bols en nombre trop réduit), 2 chambres, pas d'accueil individualisé)). Pour 500 euro la semaine, ça passe. Pour le triple, non ! En plus, il a fallu que je relance pour obtenir le remboursement du dépôt de garantie alors que c'est censé être automatique... Bref, heureusement que le coin est magnifique... sinon je déconseille l'endroit.

Bonjour Guillaume, Vous étiez pourtant au courant que la maison a 2 chambres, parce que c'est noté dans l'annonce! J'ai noté votre remarque concernant le nombre réduit de couverts/assiettes.... et nous allons compléter. Le remboursement du dépôt de garantie est complètement la responsabilité de Homeaway et pas de nous !!! Il faut alors réclamer chez eux. Néansmoins nous espérons que avez eu de bonnes vacances !

Nice bungalow in Ardeche

Nice holiday house, nicely situated. Swimming pool to share with other half of the joined bungalows. All amenities close by.

Très bien dommage que la piscine n'avait pas était entretenu avant notre arrivée car eau verte

Bien situé pour visiter les grottes .. faire les gorges.. j'ai été déçu lors de mon arrivée car je n'avais pas vu que cette maison et piscine était à partager.... cela limite les baignades en soirée ou plutôt sans cesse à reprendre les enfants car eux s'amusent avec leurs sauts.

Merci Emilie ! L'annonce mentionne pourtant une maison double. Votre côté de la maison est complètement privé, c'est seulement la piscine qui est à partager avec 6 personnes au maximum. La piscine est entretenu chaque semaine par une société qualifié.

Belle vue de cette propriété avec calme appréciable. Une piscine idéale par temps très chaud. Nous avons passez une semaine de vacance très apprécié par toutes la famille.

Tolle Gegend, super Pool... schönes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus... gute Komunikation mit Wendy!! Les Vans ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen mit einem tollen Markt! Schöne Gegend zum Wandern, paddeln...es gibt Cooperative zur Weinverkostung...alle Sinne werden bedient ;-))
