5 bed apartment with terrace with direct access to the sea

In the splendid setting of Pramousquier, a few kilometers from the town of Le Lavandou, I rent a 5-bed apartment with a large terrace with direct access to the sea. The apartment is located on the second and top floor of the Safrane building. The terrace is equipped with awning and table and chairs. A free-use electric barbecue is also available. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine. The beach is of fine sand with the possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas inside the beach establishments. The ideal apartment for a family of four. Pets are allowed with a weekly supplement.

Apparemment vieillissant (manque d’entretien).équipement bas de gamme.

La personne qui nous a reçu était vraiment superbe. Très gentille et attentionnée. Pour l’appartement… que dire. Pas bien équipé ou avec du matériel très vieux. L’état des sanitaires est vraiment limité et l’hygiène générale laisse vraiment à désirer. Je ne reprendrai pas cette appartement car pour le même prix il existe d’autre bien et localisé au même endroit mais entretenu correctement. L’appartement semble être laissé à l’abandon et les propriétaires ne souhaitent pas investir pour le confort de leur locataire.

un vrai petit paradis

une très belle résidence avec accès direct à la plage, un jardin exotique admirable et le café de la plage qui est un café restaurant d'un bon rapport qualité prix directement accessible depuis la résidence. Un accueil chaleureux de Laetitia qui nous a vraiment aidés à prendre possession de notre location et bien conseillé quant aux activités et commerces à proximité. Un appartement propre et fonctionnel bien équipé et bien positionné. Bref un très agréable séjour au soleil apprécié par toute notre petite famille.

10 jours avec nos 2 enfants dans la location. L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme. La mer à 50m. Très bon séjour.
