T3 1st floor apartment recently renovated, situated in a quiet residence in the middle of a park, with a beautiful view gardens and sea. The great Argentiere beach is only 100m direct access through the park.
It is equipped for 6 people with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge-freezer, conventional microwave ovens er, flat screen, small electric household appliances etc ....
He has two real bedrooms with fitted wardrobes,
one with a double bed, the other 2 beds of 80cms,
 a new bathroom and separate toilet.
a living room with open kitchen and sofa bed for 2 people, overlooking a terrace of 15m2 exposed Southeast furnished and protected by sliding windows and blinds.
You will have a reserved parking in the building, a local bikes and strollers and you will find there all the basic amenities.
Argentiere is a haven of peace, a beautiful residence on the sea amid gardens with direct access to a long partially shaded beach, bowling and 400m, a bustling port where you will find many activities ( sailing, rental watercraft, diving), daily shuttles to the Iles d'Or and also many shops and restaurants.
The picturesque coastline offers hikers spectacular views and swimming in protected sites. A shady walk. Annamites. will take you to the center of La Londe. Bike paths will allow to discover the region in all sécurité.A also discover the charming seaside towns of Hyeres and the Lavandou and pretty very famous villages such as Collobrieres, St Tropez or even Barjols accessible by bus for a small fee. .

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, es ist nur kurzer Weg durch einen Park zum langen Sandstrand. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr geräumig und mit allem Wesentlichen für einen angenehmen Ferienaufenthalt ausgestattet. Das beste war, dass die Gastgeber Jean und vor allem José sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind.Wir haben diesen Urlaub am Meer sehr genossen.Erwin und Susanne

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die gute Zusammenarbeit. Leider haben wir den Wunsch nach Standstühlen zu spät, Ihnen Mitgeteilt. Trotzdem wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Studio ist schön renoviert, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Besonders hat uns Ihr mit schiebe Einheiten verglaster Balkon gefallen, mit der Sicht auf den ruhigen, gepflegten Park in Meeres Nähe.

Vacances de reve dans un cadre enchanteur

Avec nos deux enfants, 11 et 16 ans, nous avons passe 2 semaines de detente dans le bel appartement. Le contact avec le proprietaire et les cles etaient tres sympathiques et simples. L´appartement et meuble avec amour. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la vie quodidienne. Nous avons vraiment apprecie la proximite de la mer. La plage de village est en vue,les baies enchanteresses sont accessibles a pied ou en voiture. Des commerces sont accessibles a pied. Dans les environs immediats se trouvent de nombreuses possibilites de loisirs et de nombreux divertissements. Nous nous sommes sentis tres a l ´aise.

La photo que vous mettez sur votre site ne représente pas la localisation de l'appartement. On aperçoit la mer, beaucoup de végétation devant le balcon. Il manquait des couverts, une balayette bien qu'il y avait une pelle, une vraie poubelle et des bacs à glaçons dans le frigidaire.

Sous le Soleil de la LONDE....

Il est plus éclatant qu'ailleurs lorsque vous faites un séjour dans un tel lieu, dans une telle location en ces périodes de turbulences de tous ordres. L'environnement , au top! Luxuriant ! Verdoyant ! Fleuri +++!De belles plages encore et encore !! La location détenue par des propriétaires plus que civilisés dans un Monde qui parfois dérape ..;;...est loin d'être dépaysante tant son équipement est selon moi ,complet et en excellent état ;seul le canapé ,en fonction de l'âge sans doute , a été un peu raide pour notre squelette😉 La location exhale un bien être certain ;on s'y sent BIEN sous le soleil de le Londe-l"Argentière à tous points de vue

Très agréable séjour

L'appartement est idéalement situé, avec un accès immédiat à la plage sans utiliser un véhicule. Il est spacieux, bien conçu et bien orienté.
