Two-bedroom/two-bath condo located on the first floor of the popular community of Sandpiper Cove. Beach service included with this unit from March to October. Large bedrooms and baths provide luxurious rest and privacy for the whole family. The master suite features a king bed and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Washer and dryer in the unit! Pet Fee 100.00 per pet. Max 2 dogs - Max weight 20lbs per pet. No Cats! Sandpiper Cove has a 10.00 grounds fee per pet due in cash upon check in.
Please Note: If you are planning on bringing your boat, call Sandpiper Cove to rent a slip. Trailer Parking is NOT allowed on property!

Conveniently located!

We’ve stayed in the property previously, but definitely love this unit the best! The property is conveniently located to everything you need and a quick walk to the beach. Beach service is included which is a big plus for us. The unit was spacious and clean! Only thing we would call out (if I had to nit pick) was that the remote for the living room tv didn’t work (probably needed new batteries) and that the sliding door was hard to open. Again this is just nit picking. Would definitely book again!

Labor Day Getaway

Loved the property...just the right size...cozy, quiet and convenient. Definitely need to try Louisiana Lagniappe located on property...awesome seafood meal.

Wonderful getaway!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay! Beds were very comfortable, location was great, and the kitchen was well stocked (although a regular sized spatula would have been helpful)! Although property is a fairly short walk to the beautiful beach, it was nice that we could drive without any difficulty parking since we had lots of stuff to haul. Especially appreciated having access to the beach chairs and umbrella at no additional cost- less stuff to carry! We had a great time!

Fall Break 2021

Sandpiper Cove was the perfect family setting for our very short beach getaway..a 1 minute drive/5 minute walk from private beach. All promised amenities were in place, except working internet/cable(which can be rough with a 9 & 10 yr old) but communication with the host, and it was fixed while we played at the beach the next day! We will definitely consider a stay for next year!!! Thank you Sandpiper Cove for your hospitality

Peaceful, easy stay

Our first time at Sandpiper Cove. The unit isn't far from the beach, but the distance that there is was not a problem. We were able to drive to the resort's beachside pavilion and park with ease so we didn't have to carry our beach gear very far at all. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and nicely decorated. It is not a "fancy", more high end unit. It's simple and easy. Beds were comfortable. (That's a big plus for us.) It was a very quiet and peaceful place. Even our fur baby had a great vacation! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Beautiful stay in Destin

We have always loved Sand Piper Cove and Destin! We visit 2-4 times a year from Michigan. This condo was nice. The pictures made it look more updated than it was and the cleanliness wasn’t dirty to the look as all the surfaces were clean. However ,I’m a professional cleaner and the ceiling fan, light fixtures and bathroom fans were really full of dust and the main bath had stains on the shower curtain. Not a big deal if you don’t mind cleaning that but someone like me it stands out. However, the facility, and condo itself was great and we would definitely stay again at this unit. The beds were comfy, sheets and towels were clean, and the surfaces and floors were clean! The master bedroom was exceptionally big and the condo itself was very spacious! .It was me, my husband and 8 year old daughter and my mother joined for the second half of our trip

3100 Sandpiper cove

This unit was such a great find! Was so nicely decorated and the layout with the vanity extra sink in master bedroom was awesome! All the appliances are new and work great. Had plenty of dishes and towels. The location in complex was good drove most of the times we went to beach or big pool with hot tubs. But very happy with our whole experience. Brought our little puppy dog with us and was such a pet friendly environment. Beach was no dogs which was a little sad but understandable. But the private beach for sandpiper cove is beautiful!!! The umbrella and chair service was great! We also utilized the xplore free passes we got each day. Such great amenities! Sandpiper cove and unit 3100 is a perfect spot for a family of four and your fur friend! We will be coming back again next year!

Left early

Overwhelming, headache inducing cleaning or air ‘freshener’ scent. Showers, beds, floors and counters were all clean but it appears that nobody ever dusts well. The dishwasher needs thoroughly cleaned because it is dirty and smells terrible. There were wooden utensils that are mildewed. There were some kind of droppings in the hallway bathroom towel cabinet. Palmetto roaches. We left a day early and were met with management acting as if maybe our expectations were just too high. Sad because we are a military family moving and just wanting to enjoy our last few days after living in the area for three+ years.

Overall great stay at 3100 SPC

This is a great 2 bedroom/2bath condo for a family. We have 2 kids and there was room for them to play as well as sleep separately. We enjoyed all the amenities of this condo. The beds were comfortable and showers and 3 vanities(sinks) were a plus for us. The kitchen is very small but perfect for our family. There is an Alexa device in living room and she helps with condo information as well as making reservations and exploring the city. The only thing I would rate Good and not Great is that the rugs (especially entry) were pretty dirty and needed deep cleaned/washed and floors were swept and looked clean but kids feet were very dirty from floors so they may have been swept but not very well mopped. The pictures of the place were slightly deceiving on how big it made the place look but again it was fine for us. We were locked out of our place late one night when we came back to condo because the battery went out of the keyless code entry pad and the key that was locked up outside the door didn’t work for our door so the general manager came and we ended up getting in after an hour. Sharon was very helpful and came as quick as she could to help us get in. She was very apologetic and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We really loved our property, the location was absolutely perfect with just few min walk from our beach . Very spacious condo, plenty space for family of 4 , and i mean loads !! The kitchen was insanely well equipped having absolutely all you needed to use while cooking . Never seen it before and I was mega impressed. Minor complain but nothig that would impact our stayung as much , there were some stains on our quilts, especially the one in the main bedroom . I would suggest to definitely refresh them before next guests coming in . All together we loved it very much .

Disappointed There was hair in the bath tub and on the shower curtain. There was mouse droppings under the toaster. The toaster does not work properly, you had to toast one side of the bread and then turn it to toast the other side. The tv was difficult and mostly unusable in the living room. Love sandpiper cove as it is NOT a high rise! It’s easy to get in and out of the condo, multiple pools, pickle ball courts, great restaurant, and a short drive or easy walk to the beautiful beach.

The property was not very cleaned as there was human hair in the bathrooms, den and kitchen. The tv didn’t work properly and there were fruit flies everywhere.

Memorial day weekend

Location of the property is excellent. Brach access, security, local eatieries close by.The condo shows obvious wear and tear. There was on empty beer can left ober from previus sgay in the balcony. There were ants in the kitchen. We were there for a weekend and we enjoyed the stay.
