The Space:

This Italian Lakes rental apartment is tastefully furnished in a modern and contemporary style. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms are a good size and have wardrobes and bedside tables, ideal for storing all your belongings during your stay.



There is also a modern bathroom, decorated in neutral tones, equipped with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.



Finally, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dining table seating four. The red kitchen units match the colour scheme of the rest of the living area, where there are two sofas facing each other.



Double doors lead from the living area to a terrace of this Italian Lakes rental apartment. This enjoys views over the rooftops. It is equipped with comfortable sofa and chairs arranged around a central coffee table.



Please note that there is a compulsory energy fee of 58 euros per stay which is to be paid locally in cash on arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.



The Neighborhood:

This Italian Lakes rental apartment is located in the charming village of Maccagno. Maccagno is a vibrant lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within easy walking distance of the apartment. The nearest restaurant is on site. This serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The second closest is just a few metres in the other direction at the end of the street.



There is a tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area however staff are also on site to help you if required.



This Italian Lakes rental apartment is also within walking distance of the public boat stop. Boats from here criss cross the lake all day long, making it very easy to explore the area without the need for a car.



There is also a beach just a few yards from the property, where guests can hire water sports equipment. Bike hire is also available on site.



Getting Around:

A car is not necessary as everything is within easy walking distance, including the boat stop where guests can access all the other towns and villages on the lake. There is a restaurant and cafe on site as well as plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. The train station is also easily accessible from the apartment. Trains go direct from here to Milan Malpensa airport. Or we can help organise taxi transfers.



Other Things to Note:

Whilst a lake view is perhaps what guests look for most when choosing an Italian Lakes rental apartment, we actually love the charm of the views over the rooftops that guests in this apartment get to enjoy from the terrace.
