Comfortable house in very quiet area with big terraces for enjoying outdoors.

This is a comfortable house in a holiday village which is closed by gates. There is no through traffic and therefore very safe for children and quiet.
It can sleep 4 people in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
There is one bathroom and a toilet downstairs and a separate toilet and shower room upstairs.
There are 3 pleasant terraces with chairs, deckchairs and tables as well as a small garden.
The house is well equiped with dishwasher, machine machine, microwave oven, 2 fridges and a freezer, internet and telephone.
There is a playground in the holiday village and a playroom to play table football and table tennis. We have tennis table bats in the garage.

Nice and quiet

Nice cosy house with all amenities in a quiet place. Only downsize is that you always have to climb a steep hill to get out and back in the " lottissement". That was until the last day, when we found out there was another acces trough a secured coded gate for pedestrians and cyclists only.

Das Objekt entsprach weitestgehend den Angaben, allerdings funktionierte das Internet nicht besonders gut! Deutsche Fernsehprogramme gab es leider nicht, wie so oft bei Ferienwohnungen des Anbieters Ferienwohnung Direkt und das im 21. Jahrhundert! Das Einchecken und Auschecken gestaltete sich auch schwierig, da weder Englisch noch Deutsch verstanden wurde! Das Objekt und die Einrichtung entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, der Außenbereich der Wohnung hätte gepflegter sein können!

toller Urlaub in ruhiger Lage in Strandnähe

eine tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, mit dem Rad 3-5 Min. vom Strand entfernt. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Extra Kühl- und Gefrierschrank in Garage, wo man z.B. auch die Fahrräder sicher abstellen kann. Wir haben es genossen :-)

Un pavillon bien équipé, bien placé dans lequel nous avons passé de belles vacances : la plage à proximité, les Embiez et Sanary tout proches. les terrains de jeux à 2 pas et sécurisés... je recommande !

Bien placé et charmant. Petit cependant pour manger à 4 personnes. Il nous a manqué des espaces de transition dehors/dedans en cas de forte pluie... A part cela, parfait !

Tolles Ferienhaus für beste Erholung

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnsiedlung. Sehr ruhige Lage, nichts stört Das Haus innen und der Aussenbereich entprechen genau der Beschreibung. Im Haus selber gibt es wirklich nichts was fehlt. Es ist alles ausreichend vorhanden was man braucht und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Der freundliche Hausverwalter war pünktlich zur Übergabe. Fazit: Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen..

petite maison trés agréable

nous avons passé un excellent mois de juin dans cette jolie petite maison. Nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de bain, les lits faits à notre arrivée. Il faut dire que nous avons eu un temps magnifique. La wifi marche trés bien, la personne sur place est trés sympathique. Le seul "bémol", le jardin était un peu négligé.

Reihenendhaus in einer abgeschlossenen und ruhigen Wohnanlage unmittelbar in der Nähe der Strände

Wir wurden von Sylvia sehr nett im Haus begrüßt. Das Reihenendhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Die Ausstattung weißt alles auf was zum täglichen Leben benötigt wird; uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auf der schönen Terrasse konnten wir uns gut entspannen, essen und den Zikaden lauschen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten dessen Besuch sich wirklich lohnt. Sehr empfehlenswert ist eine Fahrt um die Verdonschlucht. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen, vielen Dank Agnès!

Location au calme à la mer !

Location conforme à la description, très bien placée au calme et à 1km de la mer. Parc de jeu pour les enfants avec terrain de foot et de tennis très apprécié de nos enfants. Juste manque un peu de vaisselle pour 4 personnes et une étente à linge pliable.

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour : les + : 2 douches, 2 WC, grand garage pour stocker, on peut garer la voiture juste devant la maison, jardin terrasse très ombragée avec bains de soleil, 2 frigos, le wifi fonctionne très bien, la plage à 15-20 mn à pied (nous avons préféré la plage du Cros plus grande).Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, la personne sur place est très disponible. Il y a des guides et des cartes disponibles . Bref, nous avons vraiment bien profité de notre séjour.

Super location, calme - repos et mer!

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette maison très bien placée et où rien ne manque; un endroit très calme, la grande terrasse bien ombragée par 1 beau palmier et 1 mûrier et l';autre avec le soleil levant. Nous étions 4, bcoup de place , les 2 douches et WC bien pensés! Nous avons pu profité de la mer à peine 1/4 d'heure à pied ; ménage fait , linge de maison fourni, accès internet sans problème ,un plus pour cette location qui mérite bien 5*!! Merci à la propriétaire qui a mis bcoup de choses à disposition ..

Description de la location exacte. Location propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les lits faits ainsi que les serviettes de toilette, vaisselle et draps mis à notre disposition. Tout était impeccable, aussi bien les appareils ménagers que les meubles de jardin et la maison. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 4 semaines en juin 2015.

Un havre agréable et discret

Nous sommes rentrés enchantés de notre séjour à Six Fours non seulement parce que nous avons bénéficié d'un temps exceptionnel fin octobre mais également parce que la location correspondait en tous points au descriptif et à notre attente. D'emblée nous nous y sommes sentis "comme à la maison". L'accueil est chaleureux. Les 2 salles de bains permettent à une famille de gagner un temps précieux le matin. Outre l'équipement très complet, nous avons apprécié la documentation cartographique mise à disposition. Nous reprendrions bien volontiers la direction de la résidence du Val d'Or;

Gezellig en comfortabel huis voor vier.

+ Rustig gelegen, op wandelafstand van strand en dorp. Onlangs gerenoveerd, compleet ingericht, 2 badkamers en zonneterras. Goed werkende WIFI, niet evident in vakantiehuisjes. Vriendelijke huisbazin. - Redelijk wat faraomieren rond het huis, maar ja, we wisten ze buiten te houden. In juli zal het wel veel drukker zijn, maar er zijn mensen die dat juist leuk vinden. Besluit Een aanrader voor een gezin met 2 kleine kinderen.

maison bien situé dans un lotissement calme. voiture obligatoire pour courses et plages; a signaler quelques point négatifs - la wi fi ne marche pas - (la personne sur place n'est pas au courant) - pas de lumière dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée, panne de transfo - cours circuit de la lumière de la hotte : électricité à revoir - une balancelle sur la terrasse rafistollée et dangereuse!!! chaises la plupart cassées - casseroles brulée - vaisselle limite propre et en mauvais état - pas de double de clef, la personne sur place semble dépassée ......

Séjour très agréable. La maison est conforme aux photos et au descriptif. L'accueil est très plaisant. Un grand plus pour nous,lits faits à l'arrivée ! Le luxe. Idem pour les jeux de plages mis à disposition, merci! On a l'impression d'être un peu chez soi. La terrasse est très plaisante et donne tout de suite une impression de vacances. En plus elle profite d'une super exposition ce qui permet d'y dîner même en mai. Côté sixfours bien adapte à un séjour familial avec de nombreuses activités.

une semaine à Six Fours fin octobre, super!!!

Nous sommes arrivés dans une petite maison toute refaite à neuf, très propre, avec jardinet dans un village de vacances privé très arboré avec de grandes allées pour dégourdir les enfants... et les adultes : beau et calme. Tout le confort et un accueil presque familial grâce à une boîte de thé et un paquet de pâtes pour le cas où le premier soir.... Sympa. Le port du Brusc est à 3 mn en voiture, tous les commerces y sont, ainsi que les petits restaus et le bateau Aquascoop que nous avons bien apprécié. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette excellente adresse.

The house was built in 1974 and as a family of teachers living in the centre of France, we enjoyed spending all our holidays in our seaside house. We liked it so much that we decided to retire in Six-Fours. The house and mainly the garden were too small to be the permanent home of active retired people but selling the house was absolutely out of the question so we bought a plot of land 800 metres away to have a larger house with a big garden and we kept the smaller house for our 4 children and their families so that they could be independent when visiting us with our grand children. They spent many holidays there and our our grand children made many long time friends there. They are grown ups now. My husband died 3 years ago and I had to sell the big house. I had the small house fully renovated to the purpose of using it as my permanent
home. But I soon realised it was a long way from Paris where 3 of my children live. Yet, selling it was out of the question again and it is to be kept for the next generation. Therefore, the only alternative was to let it to people for the time being, in the hope they will enjoy their stay as much as we did. Marie Agnès Bouteyre

Contrary to most houses and flats near the sea and the beaches, this house is in a very quiet surrounding.
You need not use your car a lot, thanks to numerous cycle tracks of the town.
A car may be necessary to go to the very popular beach of Bonnegrace, but you can walk to the ones near the harbour of Le Brusc in 15-20 minutes or cycle there in a few minutes.
