Calm and relaxing atmosphere, where water is its element, with outdoor pool and other indoor pool, it will be difficult to choose what to do.
If you prefer the streets full of live music and a drink, Rua da Oura is 400 meters away.
This housing is fully equipped refurbished and in excellent condition. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, small fridge and all kinds of small appliances and utensils. So you don't have to worry about anything at all, we provide towels, sheets and air conditioning in the living room. Allows up to people, with 1 bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed and divans. There is an outdoor balcony to enjoy the sea view while you dine.
Closer to the beach you will not find, with the quality price ratio that this house proposes.

This apartment is in good location for all restaurants, bars and shopping. Easy to get around. We enjoyed our stay very much. Antonio was a very good host.

Accueilli par Luis, tout c'est tres bien déroulé. A quelques pas de la plage le logement est situé de façon ideal entre la plage et les activités nocturnes. La vue du balcon est magnifique, la residence est calme. La pusine au top. Ma fille s'est régalée. Seul bémol, malheureusement, le propriétaire n'y peut rien. Cette nouvelle mode, ce manque d'éducation des personnes (quelque soit la nationalité) qui "réservent" et squat les transats. On se retrouve à l'heure du déjeuner avec tous les transat "réservés" alors qu'il n'y a personne à la piscine. Vous reste 2 choix possible, dégager les serviettes ou s'allonger sur la pelouse bien entretenu et confortable.

Localização espectacular. Urbanização dos anos 80, mas ainda em razoável estado de conservação. O apartamento cumpre bem os requisitos, mas falta uma unidade de ar condicionado no quarto de dormir( só tem uma na sala e esta, embora a funcionar, pingou o tempo todo da estadia, obrigando a colocar um balde para aparar os pingos) onde não se conseguiu dormir devido ao calor, pelo que dormimos na sala. O frigorífico, pequeno, não faz frio suficiente para conservar os alimentos. Melhorados estes aspectos, recomendo. De outra forma, não.

Great view!

The apartment has eveything you need dishwasher washingmaschine oven airco etc. The pool and garden are very clean and good taken care of. The best part is the view from a nice balcony. Also is the apartment good situated, you can walk to 3 different beaches and stores an restaurants( a lot) are around the corner. CALME ET PAISIBLE

Je vous recommande fortement ce site, en effet accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, cet appartement situé dans au pied de la plage des Aveiros ravira les voyageurs en recherche de calme et de repos. La région de l'Algarve offre un climat formidable même en hiver, nous sommes partis la première semaine de décembre et nous avon eu entre 18 et 30 degré. À faite absolument!!

Appartment katastrophal, Landschaft traumhaft

Die Anlage ist top gelegen, Strände, Küste und Wetter waren einfach traumhaft. Leider war der Zustand des Appartments katastrophal. Badewanne und Toilette sind uralt und statt eines dringend notwendigen Austausches, wurde dick dunkelblauer Lack drüber gestrichen. Die Kacheln sind total verkalkt und einige sind zerbrochen. Der Geruch dieses abgenutzten Badezimmers ist nicht zu beschreiben. Selbst nach stundenlanger Reinigung mit Desinfektionsmittel, ergab sich keine Besserung. Es gibt nur ein Doppelbett und ein Kinderbett, alle anderen Mitbewohner müssen mit extrem primitiven Pritschen Vorlieb nehmen. Für Media-Liebhaber: kein W-Lan, nur 4 portugiesische Fernsehsender ): Wir hatten Einblick in andere Appartments dieser Anlage und glauben, dass dieses eine Ausnahme bildet, da die anderen, von uns eingesehenen, wirklich top in Ordnung sind.

Excellent séjour d'une semaine. L'appartement est satisfaisant dans son ensemble avec un plus incontestable quand on arrive sur le balcon : un décors de carte postale. Nous avons apprécié la piscine avec son environnement, la proximité de la plage et son petit restaurant. Le manque de wifi nous aurait privé de communication, mais une bière au restaurant avec son wifi et nous contournions cette absence. Nous reviendrons certainement l'an prochain.

Excelente estadia

Estive neste apartamento durante uma semana em junho de 2016 com o meu marido e filha. Gostámos muito, foi uma estadia agradável, o apartamento tem as condições necessárias a uma semana de férias, a localizaçao é excelente, dificilmente podia ser melhor, a piscina óptima assim como o espaço em redor. O sítio é tranquilo, nem parece que se está em albufeira. Recomendo vivamente e pretendo lá voltar.

Très belle surprise dès l'entrée dans l'appartement avec une vue magnifique. Appartement très spacieux, propre avec linge de linge et serviettes fournies. Juste un petit bémol sur la literie et les oreillers mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour. Une résidence très bien entretenue, avec une belle piscine extérieure régulièrement nettoyée, entourée d'un bel espace vert. La piscine intérieure est un plus quand il fait froid. Un accès direct à la plage idyllique. Un petit restaurant au bord de la mer achève ce décor de rêve. Commerces et rue avec des bars à 5/10 minutes à pied. Endroit paisible et à la fois proche de la fête nocturne, que je recommande fortement.

Spacious apartment with fantastic sea view

We had a wonderful stay with our two children in this very spacious apartment offering a fantastic sea view. The beach is just a few meters from the apartment and also ideal for small children. The pool would have been perfect but due to some heavy rain during our stay, we did not use it. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment provides everything you need. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and for having us stay in your apartment.
