“Flamingo DESTINation” is 4,200 sq. ft of absolute luxury with numerous amenities. This exquisite two-story home, set in the luxury beach community of Avalon, guarantees visitors the privacy they desire and is a quick walk from the beach. Flamingo DESTINation provides sleeping accommodations for 18 guests, has 6 spacious and elegantly designed bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Take a two minute stroll to the deeded private beach access with total privacy of 158 feet of beach for exclusive use of Avalon residents. Few beach houses have a beach with this low density and this neighborhood is unique.



At Flamingo DESTINation you are immediately greeted by palm trees and the tranquil courtyard surrounded by a privacy wall with its own private pool, outdoor conversation set/dining table, lounge chairs as well as a gas grill. Open the sliding glass door directly off the pool deck and take advantage of the conveniently located wet bar/kitchenette with a HD flat-screen TV. This is a multi-purpose room which kids young and old use as a game room with a variety of board games provided or test your luck outdoors with corn hole or ladder golf. .



On the first floor there are 3 King suites as well as a bunk room with a queen over queen and twin over twin bunks. We have been told this home provides for the best sleep of your life! For your ease there is also a laundry room and full bath located on this floor.



You think the first floor was impressive? Follow the contemporary staircase to the second level and you will find breathtaking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. To make the spacious open floor plan of the living, dining and kitchen area even more special there are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors which open up to the balcony. From the living area you can overlook the courtyard and private pool by day and enjoy your favorite movie, game, or show on the massive HD flat-screen TV by night.



The gourmet kitchen located on the second floor is ideal for gatherings and entertaining. This spacious kitchen boasts top of the line stainless steel appliances, Cambria countertops and all your cooking essentials.. With seating for 18 between the dining table and breakfast bar, this room is perfect for dinners, events and get-togethers.



On the Gulf side of the second floor you find the breath-taking Master King Suite. The Master King Suite features a balcony which overlooks the pool and provides gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The amazing and spacious master bath is the epitome of a modern coastal oasis. This bathroom features two separate vanities with counter space, a large tub, separate walk-in shower and high ceilings. This master bath is perfect for getting ready for a night out or rejuvenating after a day of fun. Privately located on the north-end of this floor is an additional King bedroom as well as a full bathroom with a custom walk-in shower.



Guests can also take advantage of a large community pool, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court to enjoy outdoor activities and then head back to Flamingo DESTINation to unwind in your own private setting. A perfect complement to an already fabulous home.



And if that is not enough, Flamingo DESTINation includes private subdivision beach access only for Avalon Beach Estates. This low-density beach access is a short walk directly down Avalon Blvd from the house. Daily beach chair and umbrella service is provided for stays during March through October. A starter set of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up remover, bath salts and soap are in all bathrooms and dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods are available in the kitchen. Flamingo DESTINation is conveniently located to bars, restaurants and shopping.

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

This home is located in the beautiful Avalon community and directly across the street from Pompano Joes`s restaurant. This beach access is private to this home. Sleek Retreat is also conveniently located in Destin near plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping malls!

Beach Reunion staff is local to the area. Our office is like family, with only 4 staff members. We have 2 overseeing our guests/reservations and our head of guest relations who assists us with our guests needs. We are open 7 days a week which provides you unlimited availability to a member of staff and when you call, it comes directly to our office, no 3rd party hubs or call centers.



Interaction with Guests:

Our office is open 7 days a week with someone in daily from 9am to 5pm central time. We do have the availability to be texted so you are sure to always reach one of us here at the office during your stay!



We have an after hours emergency line as well for true emergent situations at your home that can dispatch maintenance or the proper caretakers for your situation.
