VILLA DESCRIPTION

My hillside villa is situated in a traditional Italian countryside setting. It is located in front of the Adriatic Sea, which is in Castro, Southern Italy. Castro is an ancient Fortress of the Aragonese Domain. The natural seashore is a sculptured masterpiece of Mother Nature’s creativity.

This airconditioned villa can accommodate six people comfortably. It is a fully furnished two-bedroom villa, one with a queen size-bed and the other with a double bed. There is one modern bathroom, all linens, towels and blankets are included. The sumptuously lighted living room area is comfortably furnished with a double bed sofa couch. The kitchen area is fully equipped with dishes, utensils and pots necessary for cooking. The villa has a washing machine and laundry can be hung on the clothes lines located on the terrace. The terrace is accessible by staircase. There is also an outside shower for convenient use after coming back from beach. The sunny terrace, is equipped with deckchairs, table and seats and is very big and comfortable. The view from the terrace is breathtaking as well as comfortable for sunning and entertaining and totally relaxing. Take full advantage of the view of the sea while enjoying an evening glass of wine or cocktail or a special meal with your family, friends or alone. It must be stated that the Villa is not handicapped accessible. There are two main entrances, one from the front and one from the rear.

Parking is available near the villa. There are parking areas for the north entrance, available for a fee, free roadside parking is available for the south entrance.
