Fantastic Family Trip

Location cannot be beat! Beautiful Sunrises! Amazing views from the house out to the beach and the island. Chef’s kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our group of 6. Master suite has a private deck. Master bath has large jacuzzi tub. Off street parking under the house for our cars. Hosts were wonderful.

Amazing experience

The house was beautiful and had everything you could need to have a perfect stay. There were special touches from a welcome basket to waters at every bedside that made our stay even more special. We are grateful to Victor and Kim for a wonderful experience!

Family Celebration

We rented the house as our family was in town for our daughter's college graduation and wanted us to all stay together to enjoy our weekend. The house was spectacular and the hosts thought of every possible detail to make it a great experience. From the thoughtful bottle of wine and prosecco as a welcome gift to waters by the bedside and toiletries in the bathroom, we were provided with a 5+ experience. The views from the house were stunning and we enjoyed a daily walk along the beach. It was the perfect venue for a special weekend. We would highly recommend.

Best house I’ve ever rented on VRBO

Everything about this home was perfect! The view took your breath away, even on a rainy day. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for fabulous meals. The hosts were attentive to every detail. This was a wonderful place for a special family celebration. Thank you.

Milford beach house

Ladies annual beach week

5 of us “mature” women have been taking a beach vacation every September for 13 years at the CT shore. Victor and Kim’s house is the nicest house we have stayed in! It is a beautiful house, decorated with thought and attention to detail. The kitchen lacks nothing. The beach is very easy to walk and the view is delightful. I will also add that Victor was very prompt in answering any question we had. It was a pleasure to spend a week here and we will return!

Amazing Long weekend!

This place was magical! We got married on the beach in front of the house. The hosts were incredibly gracious to work with and the accommodations were spectacular. These hosts made our dream come true and we really appreciate their kindness and hospitality.

Great home and location!

My family and I rented this home during my son's graduation from Yale. We could not have made a better choice! The owners were just awesome to deal with and great communicators! I highly suggest this home as a departure from staying in New Haven for the Yale festivities. Having our stay here, allowed for us to host friends and family over for a wonderful celebration! The home was very clean and very new! Absolutely loved it!

The perfect beach weekend

This house and the owners delivered on an amazing weekend at the beach. Location is perfect for quiet and relaxation and just steps to the state beach park and local Milford. Looking forward to returning this summer.

Perfect home away from home

This is the second time we stayed at this house over the holiday season to be near extended family. Not only is the location on the water perfection, but the house is comfortable and abundantly stocked for those who like to cook and need to entertain for a small family visit. Victor and Kim are very attentive and thoughtful hosts. We look forward to someday enjoying the beach house in a warmer weather month.

Wonderful house right on the water

We had a great stay. The house is spacious and clean, with a fabulous kitchen- the best-stocked kitchen we’ve rented in a long time, you can cook just about anything. The view over the water is great and was very relaxing. We loved being close to the state park and Charles Island, but just a few minutes drive from numerous restaurants, shops, etc. Communication was good, and little touches made us feel very welcome. The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of bed and bath linens. All the appliances are new. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

The house and location is amazing! The house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The ocean is right there off the back deck, and we enjoyed sitting and listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze. Victor left us a bottle of wine, which we really enjoyed, and he was very accessible if we had questions during our stay! Watching the moon rise over the ocean was especially lovely. Also, my daughter loved the second bedroom and thought it was very comfortable. The only disappointment that we had was that we couldn't stay longer! We plan to stay again the next time our family visits the east coast.

Absolutely amazing!!

We were very excited about our trip to Connecticut and our beach rental! We were not disappointed! The home was everything we hoped for and more. Everything about this home is incredible! The kitchen is gorgeous and so well equipped. We wanted for nothing! The views are extraordinary! Listening to the waves against the shore was one of my best memories! You are literally right at the waters edge! The home was clean and had every amenity you could hope for. In my communications with victor he was always so helpful and quick to respond! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. There was not a single thing that I would have changed about the home or our experience! We will definitely stay here again when we return!
