Bright, modern 2BR 1BA beach house with queen size and twin size bunk beds (with trundle), and pull out couch. New appliances, refrigerator, gas range, washer/dryer, microwave, etc. Bring your bikes, kayaks, or run/walk around the Silver Sands State Park about 100 yards down the street. Yale University is close by, or explore restaurants and the marina in downtown Milford!

Delightful and cozy

Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. Towels and sheets were well stocked. We loved walking across to the beach. Our 10 year old could take our 5 year old. We biked on street and sidewalks to downtown Milford, public library, playground. We loved Pennys used books. It was such a relaxing trip and we will be back to stay at Susana's lovely place.
