Milford Beach House

Charming beach house in lovely New England neighborhood. Walking distance to a few small little restaurants/bars and small shopping plaza. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout with carpets to make a warm inviting home. An updated on-demand hot water heater as well as a brand new washing machine updated 2021. Porch has a lovely ocean view with enough seating to eat outside or just hang out with a nice glass of vino or coffee. A few minutes from downtown Milford, train station and Gulf Beach.

quaint, clean space good for a weekend getaway very easy to stay in and cook or order takeout and chill in the very cozy living room space watching tv. A nominal pet fee may apply if you have a dog(s) approved.
Sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 total with use of Air Mattress (Master Bedroom Closet)

You have access to the entire home and parking is in the driveway or you can park on the road near the front door entrance for easy access.

Dogs require approval and a fee will apply..

Close to restaurants. Very convenient area and adorable neighborhood. Perfect Christmas stay with family. Fully equipped kitchen. Renovated nicely. Quiet. Across street from beach, and road is not busy at all.
