Absolutely loved this unit. You seriously just need to bring your luggage and groceries. Beach right across the street. All u need for the beach is included. Chairs umbrellas toys etc. owner lives close and is very responsive and accommodating

Very nice, clean, comfortable, a few steps to the beach. Susanna was a wonderful host, if you have any questions or need anything she is right there. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice. If you like long walks on the beach this is the place. Stores, restaurants are minutes away. Because the house is on a dead end street traffic is minimal.

Cute property across from the beach.. very close to walking boardwalk.. close to shops and restaurants. Nice to have washer and dryer, beach chairs and beach towels.. street noise was evident and my husband and I really need a king bed.. but I did book knowing we would have a queen.. very nice stay and would recommend!

Great View

Our second stay was as enjoyable as the first one, last year. Located across the street from the public beach, the unit has an unobstructed view of the sound and easy access to the water. Next year we will make sure to bring our kayak. Accommodations are as advertised, beds are comfortable and kitchen is well provisioned. The only negative is that the shower is quite small, but usable.

Great View!

Easy access to the beach and state park for walks and relaxation. Apartment has plenty of room for 3 adults for one week. However the single bathroom is small, especially the shower. Very comfortable beds with soft sheets. Kitchen was well stocked. The Greek restaurant next door has lots of delicious, reasonably priced options. The owner lives next door. She is friendly and helpful. The best feature is the awesome beach view from the living room.

We rented both units for visiting family to stay in town the week of our wedding, and everyone loved it! The units are well maintained and had everything anyone could have needed. Check in was easy and the host was quick to respond with questions. The location is perfect - literally across the street from beach access. Highly recommend!

Cute 2nd floor apartment across from Silver Sands Beach with a view of Charles Island. The property was clean, well-stocked and next door to a nice Greek restaurant. The location is quiet and a quick walk to the larger beach and not far from downtown where you can find restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and local boutiques.

Visiting for a Baby shower.

First I rented one unit for me and two family members, then two more decided to come, so we rented the other unit which worked out perfect. It's a great rental. Easy check in/out. Was very clean and well stocked with essentials e.g., blankets, towels, coffee. The setting by sea is wonderful for walks and it's right next to a Greek Café with good food. We met Susana on our way out which was lovely. Very nice lady. I can't wait to go back.

Great getaway to the beach.

Many thanks to Susana for hosting our family of 6. The property was perfect for our 4 night stay and was accurately presented in the listing. It is directly across the street from the beach with a great view of the Sound and Charles Island in the distance. Everything you need is provided; if you opt out of cooking, the Greek restaurant next door is quite convenient and delicious. A long boardwalk/walking path to Walnut Beach is great for morning and evening strolls. Susanna is located right next door should you have any questions. We would stay again if we’re ever in the area.
