The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Text when you leave
Turn off Air Conditioners
Put remote controls on dining room table. Put beach pass back on the wall
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Cats. Electricity is not provided for stays over 21days.
The tenant is responsible for putting the trash and recycling on the curb every Wednesday evening for Thursday morning pickup
Rental Agreement must be signed and emailed, along with govt pic ID, 7 days before check-in. No check-in without a signed agreement and govt pic ID.

This includes restaurants, bars, cafes, small shops, and an arts center which features live music, art shows, and salsa and tango lessons. There are also several yoga studios and fitness centers, and miles of shopping including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Macy's, Best Buy, and Target on U.S. Route 1. New Haven, the home of Yale University and College Street Music Hall is only a 20-minute drive away and features fine dining, shopping, museums, theaters, and arts and cultural activities.

In addition, looking out at the window at Long Island Sound and beach access, what we love about this space is the access we have to so many different worlds. We can enjoy the comfort of our home or we can drive 10 minutes to the Metro-North train station and be in New York City in 90 minutes. We can spend the day fishing, kayaking, or sailing in the summer and be at Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun casinos for dinner and world-class concerts in 90 minutes. Milford, CT is the perfect location to do all the things you enjoy.
