How many floors is the apartment on?
• The apartment is located on the first floor of the house.

Are there any shared spaces in the house between the first and second floors?
• No. The house is a two-family house, with two separate units. The apartments are separate with completely separate entrances. You do not even share a hallway or a door. The backyard is shared.

Are all the bedrooms closed rooms?
• Two of the bedrooms, the master bedroom, and the guest room, are closed. The sleep space on the alcove is separated from the rest of the sun porch with a curtain.

Are dogs allowed on the beach?
• Even though you will see people running the dogs on the sandbar at low tide, dogs are not permitted on the beach.
