This property is in the Meadows golf and tennis community which is ideally located in beautiful Sarasota. Known as the cultural center of Florida and host to many renowned festivals and cultural events, Sarasota is a world-class city of great diversity in the arts, music and theater. Most of the homes and condos were built in the late 1980's and early 1990's. The SCAT bus runs through The Meadows and there are many stores in The Meadows Shopping Center.
Within minutes of The Meadows are the award winning white sandy beaches of Siesta, Lido and Longboat Keys, plus elegant shopping and dining facilities. The Meadows offers an array of different levels of seasonal membership if you choose to do so.
What the owners say: We love the tranquil feeling of our condo with a full view of the lake and spectacular sunsets. The water birds and other birds that visit Spring Lake and the tall pine trees are neat to watch.
