Located in a very quiet area, this villa is recommended for families who seek tranquility and peace but is not suitable for anyone or activities that may cause noise and disturb the neighborhood, ideal for large families or 2 families.
Comfortable villa, equipped with reversible air conditioning and wifi.
I garden and its pool is fenced and closed by an electric gate not overlooked.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms:
3 with double beds
1 with 3 single beds,
bathroom with separate toilet.
On the ground floor is a modern open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso ...) on a large bright living room of 50 m2 with view of the garden and swimming pool.
A shower room with separate toilet.
On the back of the house is a terrace not overlooked with magnificent views of the vineyards, its castle and the pine forest of Valcros.
sheets and towels are provided.
Any additional person will be charged 50 euros / night
Pets are not accepted
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, a minimum of 7 nights.
