In the region, almost from your front door, are beautiful landscaped routes through nature for walking and cycling. You will encounter the most beautiful birds and animals during your route when you are observant.
In the evening a delicious barbecue on the terrace of Casa Montana and enjoy the peace and space.

LAYOUT ;
Living room: spacious sitting area and cozy dining area, audio, t. v. by means of dish. (with many channels), free internet / WIFI. Roller shutters for darkening. Naturally clean and cozy furnishings. Fully equipped and good heating throughout the house because the house in the winter is also rented to overwinterers.

Kitchen: ceramic hobs, oven, extractor hood, large fridge with large freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster all necessary utensils, crockery and kitchen linen. Of course your own washing machine.
Heating water through a large boiler so you are always assured of a hot shower when you wish.

Bathroom: Toilet, shower, sink, towels, washcloths and guest towels, all present in the house. Tip: bring your own beach towels !!
Bedrooms: 2 in total. First bedroom has a double bed.
Second bedroom with two single beds.
Both bedrooms have very large closets / storage space.
Children's bed and high chair are available in the house and free!
The mattresses of Casa Montana are of good quality !!
Garden behind the house: Behind the house is a private screened tile terrace with patio area. Here you can take a lovely private sun bath on one of the lovely loungers.
There is a 'seat' on this terrace. There is also an outdoor sink.
Behind this patio through the gate you will find a fantastic Spanish garden with fountains. Here is also a terrace to sit and read barbecue or whatever!

Garden Front: In front of the house there is a terrace with a garden set.
Both a shaded terrace and a terrace for sunbathing.
Sun loungers are available and there is a private parking space in front of the house for your car.
From the terrace you look out over the olive fields with the foothills of the Sierra Espuña behind. You will meet the peace and space.

TIP: Casa Montana can also be rented in combination with Casa Mirador,
Casa Mirador has a private swimming pool. This can then be used.
