These cute 2 bedroom bungalows are located in a quiet and cozy village of Spartia, which is located on the shores of the Ionian Sea, in the south-western part of Kefalonia.

We offer 3 bungalows, each of which is designed for 4-5 guests.

You will surely be enchanted by the wonderful view of the Ionian Sea, which the villas boast: graceful curves of the coastline of Kefalonia, the mighty Ainos, neighboring Zakynthos, and magical surface of the Ionian Sea shimmering with all shades of blue.

Each villa offers apartments with 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen area, bathroom with a shower, and a spacious terrace, where you can spend time with a book, cup of coffee or a glass of fragrant local wine.

Guests can use the brazier to arrange a barbecue for the family and friends.

On the site, where the villas are located, there is a chapel, where you can arrange a wedding ceremony.

You will surely be charmed by the local beaches: cute Klimatsias that locates about 950 m from the complex, and beautiful Thermanti that you will find in about 750 m. Both boast incredibly clear water, soft sand, and picturesque landscape.

Warm, clean sea, shallow waters, and soft sand on the shore is great for families with young children.

The road back from the beach is going up to the hill. Therefore, we strongly recommend to have a car.

An asphalt 2 km long road leads from the villas to Cape Liakas: hikers will appreciate this journey that will take them to the surreal beach of Ema with its rocky shore, cave-covered underwater world, spectacular cliffs and plateaus.

The tavern and nearest shops are about 900 m away. For sure, you will enjoy walking along the cozy streets of Spartia, where you can wander in silence admiring its pretty houses and magnificent landscapes.

A few kilometers from Spartia, there is a town of Pessada, from where a ferry runs to the island of Zakynthos. A little further - a village of Lourdas (Lurdas) with lovely cafes and a long beach line. Closer to the evening, you can go to the Castle of St. George, from where you can see a chic view of the incredible, multi-shade Ionian Sea stretching below the valley.

These cozy 2 bedroom villas can become your home for those few fine days that you are going to spend in a serene silence on charming, unique Kefalonia far away from noisy megalopolises.
