The balcony of Arinaga

Apartment of 90 meters, 3 double bedrooms and 1 very complete and modern bathroom just 150 meters from the beach, very well connected to the south and north by the GC -1 and very close to the airport at only 8 kilometers about 10 minutes by car .With services such as wifi, tv with channels, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in all rooms with remote control, smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. It consists of a private laundry room and optional garage for rent.
It is on the first floor only a flight of stairs with wide entrance and very well lit.
Bus and taxi services just 2 minutes walk.
