in a wonderful and very convenient location, in the magnificent Italian villa on the hills of Sarzana, with magnificent view from every window. The villa is completely isolated, surrounded by olive trees. only 8 km to Lerici, Fiascherino, Bocca di Magra. La Spezia t is only 20 minutes, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre close by. Pisa airport within a 35-minute drive, Florence in an hour and Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are a 20-minute drive away.

We spend more than a week during the hot summer of 2026 in Marco's villa.Communication with the host went very good. He came to pick us up at a location close to the villa since satnav apps don't display the route to the location correctly.The road to the villa was pretty bumpy, but nothing our 4x4 drive could not handle.The house was clean and all necessary items were there.In the sleeping rooms were ventilators to make the hot night a bit more bearable.The host resides in a separate part of the villa to take care of the pool and help out if needed. He really respected our privacy.The pool was magnificent, is was large and had views over the surrounding hills.We took the train to Genua and to Cinque Terre and spent quite a lot of time in the pool, we would really recommend this villa to future guests.

Zum 1.Mal bin ich sehr enttäuscht von FeWo-Direkt.Wichtige Kriterien, welche eine Buchung des Objekts für mich im vorhinein ausschließen, werden bei der Beschreibung der Villa nicht genannt.1. Vermieter wohnt im Anbau des Hauses.2. Die Villa liegt im Wald und man muss einen steilen Waldweg befahren um zur Villa zu gelangen. Nicht mit jedem Fahrzeug ist dies möglich, ohne dass dabei Schäden am Fahrzeug entstehen ( Schlaglöcher ). Bei Dunkelheit sehr gefährlich, also geht man am Abend lieber nicht irgendwo schön zum Essen.3. Ein in der Anzeige angepriesenes Whirlpool im Haus, ist nicht vorhanden.Die Sauberkeit der Villa war erschreckend. Der Besitzer hat 3 Katzen, dementsprechend waren im ganzen Haus und sogar in den Schränken Katzenhaare verteilt. Geschirr, Mikrowelle etc. wies noch Gebrauchsspuren vom Vorgänger/Vermieter auf. In der Gummiabdichtung der Waschmaschine befand sich eine gebrauchte Damenbinde.Der Müll muss mit dem Auto den steilen Waldweg heruntergefahren werden, weil es am Haus keine Mülltonnen gibt.Alles in Allem war das das schlechteste Haus in dem ich und meine Familie über FeWo-direkt gewohnt haben und wir sind nicht sehr anspruchsvoll und haben den Umständen entsprechend das Beste aus dem Aufenthalt gemacht. Hier sollte FeWo-direkt mal genauer hinsehen.FAZIT: Urlaubsgefühle kamen hier nicht wirklich auf, für den Preis hatte ich wesentlich bessere Unterkünfte bei FeWo-direkt. Hier sollte FEWo-direkt mal genauer hinschauen.Diese Villa nie mehr.

Most of the things written by this man are lies. The road to the house is only 300 mts and mostly cement. There is no forest, just some trees and olive trees land. The road is fine and not dangerous, everybody comes and goes up and down, no problem. I spoke with the cleaning ladies who cleaned the house for five hrs, two ladies, the day before this family arrived. The house was perfectly clean, everything that has been written is a big fat lie. This man wrote me before he wrote this review, implying some kind of "answer" was needed or he would write a bad review....
